It took 55 minutes to get my pizza. The tracker said it was quality checked at 1:09. I didn't get it until almost an hour later. Needless to say it was cold. I will order from somewhere next time I want to order pizza. I don't like paying for cold pizza!
I understand being under staff. But don't rush off three orders with one driver so the last person who gets the food isn't cold. Not cool to the customers who spend the money on cold food & warm soda. Rather get my food 20 minutes late and hot instead. When ever I pay cash at the door this never happens. But one time I pay with my card first I get a whole cold meal. & then the d** head manager who wants to hang up in my face. Learn some respect. Thank you a lot.

Used a coupon from email to order a large pizza and cheese sticks during the world series. Before check out everything looks legit and then after check out somehow the price was more. Waited forever to get my pizza and when it got here it was cold, and no cheese sticks, just the pizza. Called to complain about the no cheese sticks and cold pizza, they said sorry it must have been a glitch with the computer system there's nothing they can do. So I paid more money than the coupon and then got less than what it said. And waited a long time and got cold pizza to boot. The moral of the story is don't order from them using a coupon, especially during a big sports event, and don't expect their customer service to care enough to do anything about the problem. I'm sure Domino's rep will make some comment saying let's talk blah blah blah it was just a misunderstanding, but I tried that so here we are

I ordered a pizza at 12:15. It arrived at 1:40, even though they told me it would be here in 15-19 minutes. their only excuse was "we're busy". This is why I try to get my pizza from the Domino's on Grant road. the tomball store has NEVER had good service. Also the order was incomplete (no ranch dressing as ordered, no marinara as ordered).
