Food was OK. Had it delivered to where we were having a 10 person event. Ordered before they even opened for delivery at 3:30 pm. Plenty of time. Delivery was over 30 minutes late. Charged $25 for 10 plates and utensils. Called it "bulk catering" on the receipt. Did not put the extra charge on the receipt until after I signed it. Found out when reconciling the credit card. Called manager who was a straight up rude individual to get a copy of receipt. Will never use this place again. They do not understand what customer service means. The yelling and disrespectful attitude towards paying customers will kill this business. Good luck to you!

I have had it a few times and thought the chicken fajitas were great but we don't order often because find it a bit expensive, especially for a family sized order, and several times was slow to get order (for pickup). I decided I'd splurge a little today. I called to ask a couple questions and noticed the person on the phone answered but did not seem friendly. I definitely noticed but decided not to think it was rude but perhaps a maturity/social skill thing of their employee and excused it. (though thought he sounded older). I picked up my order (again not anything friendly, just business). I left and when I stopped to eat and checked my food and had flour tortillas, not corn, I called them to inquire and said I couldn't eat the flour and asked if I could come back to pickup corn. They said I could not get corn tortilas but needed to contact Doordash to resolve. I said really? They said we automatically do flour unless corn tortillas are specified in the notes for Doordash, they couldn't take the 2 flour tortillas back so wouldn't give me corn and I had to call Doordash to change my order--which I'd already picked up so made no sense. (another note, I ordered through Doordash which actually makes fajitas $4 more--$19.99 intead of $15.99 I realized) I mentioned I didn't think that was very good customer service to not help fix the problem/mixup. I asked how much are two corn tortillas? $1.62 So I said I'd just pay for them and he said ok they'd put them on. I arrived and got them and he wasn't friendly, when I said thankyou he just handed me the food, not a word. No thank you or your welcome. I don't usually review. The chicken was good, salsa good (though I prefer Aguirres), rice ok, beans good. I just am not interested in going there for a long time. The lack of customer service and friendliness every interaction I had today is a put off and does not make me want to support their business. I don't wish them ill, and wish them well, but I do not have to go there. I prefer uplifting friendliness and basic politeness. I do not like feeling unappreciated as a customer or uncomfortable when I leave a restaurant or store. They'd do that to themselves over a $1.62? Lose my and my family's business, etc. Strange business tactics/cusomer relations understanding in my opinion. (even if they stuck with they couldn't replace the tortillas, which I think wasn't cool, they could have been polite and friendly and not made it worse.)
Fajita Pete's is always a go to when I don't have time to cook & don't feel like going out. The food is always great, delivery is quick and service is A+...highly recommend!

Very rarely do you get a five star experience when you use Uber eats. I have to give fajita Pete five stars. They are on top of it over here. Let me tell you what. I ordered my food and Uber eats while I was at Lifetime Fitness and the food showed up early. I want to say it took maybe 35 minutes or less. Everything showed up piping hot and absolutely amazing. Food: the fajitas are really good. Along with the rice and beans you cannot go wrong with this place. I really enjoyed the cake. I have yet to eat at this location in person only twice a few Uber eats, and I was very impressed with the food. A lot of times you're letdown when you order via Uber eats but they got the food out so quick that it showed up hot and everything was tasty. I can only imagine how good it is in person. I will definitely stop in soon. I didn't really get to interact with the customer service team, but I am sure they're very nice because they did a great job with my order. Everything was packed up perfectly and I will definitely go back and see them again. Five stars fajita Pete.
