Great time, food and customer service. I imagine this is a very busy spot that needs more supplies (no wings) and some maintenance upkeep : 1 bathroom stall was.out of service, cc machines down, one drink station down. Loved Cash Only even tho CC machine didn't work. Ambiance outside location adorable paito and atmosphere. Other than minor inconvenience due to end of weekend. I loved this visit. Tip No one asked for Cheese is Free at veggie station And OMG the pickled Pickles off the chart YummyVegetarian options: No comment but do have available. ?

Best fresh burgers ever.. ? don't get me started on there perfect fries with there famous regular or jalepeno cheese to dip them in. Great family place. There's sitting outside. Some arcade games for the kiddos or us adults that still like to be kids. Sweet Tea perfect. I give this place 11/10Vegetarian options: They have a good size vegetarian menu. Turkey burgers. Plant based burgers. Amazing.Kid-friendliness: Yes.. kids meals are great. They have a little arcade area that's fun. Sitting outside so they can run some energy off. 10/10Parking: Lots of parking spaces. As well as handicap.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp for wheelchairs easy access

Poor establishment and poor service. The restaurant as a whole felt dirty and in need of a deep cleaning. One of the soda machines was completely broken and the other spurted ice all over the place when you tried to fill your cup. There was a huge pile of ice all around the machine that was melting and creating large puddles of water. It was just gross sitting there and none of the workers cared to try to clean it. That broken soda machine was also out of over half of the soda options. I tried the Diet Coke and the Sprite Zero and both were flat and watery. The toppings bar also needed attention. The veggies appeared soggy and the whole area needed cleaning but no one attended to it. We will not be back to this location.

Being in such a nice area I had high expectations. Was severely disappointed as I ordered a 2/3lb burger medium rare and got two 1/3 lb patties that were well done and chewy. Staff seemed disinterested and not much was clean. Same soda machine others have complained about is still broken. No one here cares, I'll make hamburgers at home before I ever go back.

No drinks, no straws, no ketchup (they gave us packets after we asked), no cheese in pump, no bbq sauce. One toilet out of order. Only 2 people working in the entire place... Waited half an hour for 2 burgers... I will say, the food wasn''t bad... This place is nothing but a great big mess... Total Sh@&show....

I have been to this location many times. This is the first time I was able to talk to the cooks. The were very outgoing and gave great guest service all while working very hard. From the time I walk in to the time I walked out they were strait hoofing it. And that man on grill knows how to cook a burger! I will definitely find more excuses to come to this area!

Tried calling to order out and no one answered after being on hold for over 45 minutes. Decided to drive there instead and was totally disappointed. Only 3 employees working that included rude and uncaring manager of jaceon. He didn't care that this Military Veteran had tried calling in an order and was on hold for over 45 minutes. The place was a wet with dirty dishes on tables un attended. The coke machine was not working so they gave out room temperature drinks. The wait for food was ridiculous and there was several upset customers who had been waiting for their food for quite some time. There was no compensation for any inconvenience to us either. I will never go back to this location that's for sure. The condiments bar was filthy as well, what a nightmare. As for our burgers they were just OK and not the usual Wow. After spending 23.19 it certainly wasn't worth it.

Very good. Was there for my birthday. Love that you can custom make your burger when you get the meat on a toasted bun. Coke machine has one of the unlimited type selections. Outside seating available too.Update from 2 years ago: this place has the best burgers cooked to order on variety of freshly homemade buns. You get to select toppings from a veggie bar. As the third pic shows they have a lot of sanitary precautions. A glove to wear when getting your veggies. Spaced out tables. Sanitizers all over. Masks required except when eating. Outside tables were full when we went this time. Maybe next time. They have really good shakes too.Update 11/25/22 service and quality has dropped a little. As with everything prices are going up. Little pricey as someone else stated.

Your food was always good, but not Saturday. The restaurant was filthy absolutely filthy. Hire a new manager. Waited 45 minutes for three burgers. No ketchup for fries.... Please clean the restaurant and bus tables.

Burgers burnt outside not medium inside. No small containers stocked for condiments at the condiment bar. Service from the cashier was quick, food coming out was fast too but not good. The atmosphere was generic and several tables were dirty although they had been bussed no one had wiped them down. When the location was at the other place in The Woodlands it was much better. I will say the wedge cut french fries were good with the cheese sauce. Other than well after that

Terrible service, they didn't have card readers service, not their fault but the reaction when we asked was so rude. And it's not the first time we notice this attitude, walked out and went to Red Robin instead.

I have to say this was likely the worst Fuddruckers experience we have ever had. Our last experience few experiences were school spirit nights and not great. We understood they’re having financial difficulties and want to help them to stay in business. That said, they have to be willing to help themselves. In each of the last three visits, the Coca Cola dispensers are out of many syrups and/or ice. Just like others have shared, there is no longer cheese sauce in the dispensers. You can’t get a burger cooked less than medium and even when you order it that way, it comes out well done. $16 for a 1/2 pound burger is a bit much. The tator tots were inedible and way oversalted. The restaurant was quite dirty and the most unfortunate thing we witnessed is the phone ringing presumably for to go orders and watching an employee simply lifting the hand set and hanging up without speaking to the person on the other line. Wow.We are done here. It’s a 40 minute drive for us one way and just not worth the trouble or aggravation. The manager is friendly but ineffective at running this business. There is nothing this owner can do or say to address this. It’s a consistent pattern here. We paid $37 for a poor experience and ended up eating again when we got home. The best thing for this once wonderful chain is for it to close its doors so its legacy is no longer tarnished. Very sad

It's a Sunday evening and according to their hours they don't close until 8pm. We walk in at 730pm and there's a line of people and suddenly the cashier tells everyone in line that the manager told him to no longer take orders. I understand it's a Sunday we want to home but don't suddenly say that you are no longer taking orders just because. Lost a good 10+ orders on burgers and any extra items just because manager decided to not take anymore orders.

Closed. They are out of business. Sign on the door and the parking lot is overrun with weeds.
