Crawfish is the best in town and this past season was a good size. Wait time is worth it !!!

I gave 4 stars because the hours of operation could be better being that you guys aren't open that long . But this place has amazing crawfish and a family oriented Environment. This is the first place I have been to that has their own hand soap that immediately eliminates the crawfish smell on your hands! And it really works!!!! Lol

Finally decided to make the trek out here after reading all the great reviews. Just happened to be the last weekend they are open for the season. Man do I wish I came here earlier. I've been really into vietcajun crawfish lately but sometimes I just like crawfish the old school way. No sauce or anything, just super flavorful from the boil. I'd say this place is one of the best at it. Super flavorful and juicy, you don't really need to dip it in anything if you don't want too. Really easy to peel. Size was okay but that's mainly due to it being the end of the season. Next seasons Hans will definitely be one of my first stops.

Bought live while in Tomball and brought them back to Austin. They did not disappoint. They were clean and large. The price was excellent. We look forward to trying them at Hans.

The absolute best crawfish I have ever had. I have lots of friends from Louisiana and attend crawfish boils every season. I haven't found a place worth actually buying it per pound at until Hans'. The flavor was fantastic. The line was long, but worth it. Hans' mother was walking around greeting folks which gave the establishment a more home town feel. There were people with coolers ready to fill them up, clean picnic tables, nice bathrooms, and a band. The owner is on site and can be seen multiple times checking out the line to make sure there is enough product prepared for everyone and that nobody goes home empty handed.

I'm not an expert on crawfish by any means but of the few times I've had them these have been night and day better than any others I've had. Awesome atmosphere and the line moves fast.
This place is worth the drive for any crawfish lover! Huge crawfish that might as well be the size of small cats (I joke of course). Great environment with LIVE MUSiC and entertainment for the kids. A bit of a wait to order some food but other than that it's GREAT!

Crawfish spot number 44 for this crawfish season. Hans Crawfish Service (Tomball) Taste: 11+/10 (they were BIG, clean, & juicy!!! ) Service: 100/10 Price: AWESOME! 8$ a pound with corn and potatoes (What a deal!!!) ***Sausage was so good!!! Let me just say, Mr. Rod / Rob is an absolute delight and refresher! He approached us asking why we were cleaning our own tables and stated that they have employees for that. He then proceed to bring a young man over, instroducing him to me and stated "This woman had to clean her own table." You don't see that kind of work ethics anymore. Mind you, we didn't mind cleaning up and I even stated that the young men were extremely busy and have been on top of things. These guys are awesome and are on top of things! This place packs up really fast and the line does get long. Get there early. Bring your lawn chairs or coolers. Stake your table and get in line! I love that the bathrooms are individual rooms with their own A/C! Tables in the barn, tables under awning, tables under the sun, and even lawn area. The band was setting up...who doesn't like live entertainment and byob? They even have golf carting service to whisk you from parking lot to the barn! Crawfish was juicy and clean!
