The spring cypress location never disappoints! The whole team works together to make sure customer experience is wonderful from the initial wait till they leave. Special shoutout to Jasmine that despite the restaurant being so busy she was smiling all the way greeting customers, even remembering some people’s names and adding that extra touch! I also really appreciate the manager who was making sure that the people waiting were being seated in the lowest possible wait time. It clearly showed that he is managing the team really well and keeping them motivated to serve clients to their best. The spring location has terrible service!

Everything was great. The server was attentive, making sure we had everything we wanted. Cook actually got my hashbrows just like I asked! Scattered and extra, extra crispy (almost burnt). I've had a lot of hashbrowns from many different places, and most are afraid to do it or get the outside crispy, but inside is the normal mushy (not scattered). My compliments to the chef. Chicken fried chicken was excellent.

I love this place! Best breakfast in the area and the only chain that knows what Crisp bacon is! Everyone is friendly and dedicated to good serviceCome see them and leave happy all servers are fabulous
My kids are always happy here. The employees are supper friendly and very relaxing. However, I got an incident with one manager here which I will find out his name then call corporate office to complain on him. But one person doesn’t stop me coming here. I was so mad that I thought I would never step into this I hop again. But all other employees… :).

T bone Steak and eggs. Steak was raw not med rare. $20.00 and only 1/4 of an inch thick. Eggs were over cooked. It was to come with hash browns and 3 pancakes. I didn't want hash browns or anything replacement. I didnt want the 3 pancakes but asked for the lemon ricotta crepes. I got one crepe. A flattened, pathetic looking half filled crepe. Doesnt seem the price of the meal was equal to what i received.The waiter was attentive.

I was plane, the food was really really bad. No taste on the steak they did take the time to session it nor cook it nearly as I ask, mash potatoes were really dry. The waiter was nice. Over all I'd never come again nor recommend this place.

Server checking on us and friendly.Vegetarian options: Eggs, pancakes, hash brown and other specifically vegetarian plates.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy and egg free.Parking: On a crowded Saturday but not too difficult to park.Kid-friendliness: Kids get coloring page and crayons.
