Walked in and ordered on kiosk. The guy behind the counter quickly gave us our cup, and then shortly thereafter, our food was ready. Pretty quick service. We enjoyed the animal show on the TV as well.

If you have problems with your boyfriends, don't involve your personal problems with work. Very bad customer service at the main order window, they put girls who don't know the job and in a bad way, like how do you want food for free, it's not your fault their problems and they need to hire personnel who have good customer service. Used to be fast, but it's been so slow and unorganized lately.I ordered one ice coffee and one sandwich on the app, and waited at the curbside for 15 minutes, nobody came so I went to the drive through window, after I told them what I ordered (I don't know if they had looked at my order) they gave me my drink but no sandwich, I asked for the sandwich and they said they had already given it to me and then they saw it on their counter....It's going downhill ?
