People are very rude. Always messing up my order. The lobby is always dirty and not stocked. People on there phones not paying attention to customers. Will never come back here again.

We ordered the 3 spicy sandwiches with large fries and large caramel frape. The staff at the window was so rude and arrogant, we asked for one small cup so my wife and I can split the coffee. The person said I will charge you for the cup and that would be the small frape cost. WHAT! Are you out of your mind. Starbucks gives you the free cup if you ask for extra cup or water. Very bad experience, never gonna visit this place again.

This is a very bad McDonald's. First I got short changed today twice. Also they seem to have trouble understanding what a diet soda is. I can ask for a diet Coke and instead they give me a sugary Dr pepper drink. Not to sound rude but I don't think that they speak English nor do they understand it. The management team really ought to do something about the communication gap. I have always come here very frequently for drinks but I probably will not be coming to this location anymore. It is very annoying to keep getting the same drink wrong and you're spending the money and you're being short-changed as well.
