This has got to be the worst PE that I’ve ever been to. I’m not sure why during lunch they are always out of food. They never ask for a refill until someone places an order. Seems to me if you are running low on orange chicken you would ask the cooks to start working on more. Don’t wait until a customer orders it now they have to wait 10+ minutes for it to get done.This has happened one too many times to me and I’m done!! I get 30 mins for lunch and I was gone almost an hour waiting on food.Unacceptable and ridiculous!!

The service is horrible, waited in line to order for 20 minutes while watching the one and only person working the front cashier wait on door dash and call in orders while the three people working the drive thru didn’t help her. Catering to door dash or call ins instead of the people standing in front of you is poor management and service in my opinion. I will not be back to this location.

They don't care about customers. The workers yesterday had me wait for my food despite ordering way in advance online. They kept telling me that the chowmein and teriyaki chicken was being cooked while I watched the same workers serve the items that I ordered to the other customers in line first. I was given excuses and left the store 20 minutes late with cold food after the customers cleared out. The worst panda experience i have ever experienced. The food sucked. It really varies on location. Stay away!
Just moved to Tomball, TX from New York, & wanted some Asain food… never had Panda Express before, I asked my fans where to eat they requested a review. (I’m a YouTuber) The food is amazing, the manager is amazing, the only issue that I have with this establishment is…. There’s an employee of Asian decent that’s very rude, always have an attitude, even had a full conversation while taking my order me my order. I’m a veteran, that’s always bubbly and happy… why be rude to me? She has messed up my order in the past(while having a full conversation with another employee while helping me), and then became frustrated with me…even charged me for her errors… If you look to the photo when she recognized me she I was given vegetable vs the actually entree I ordered and it's significantly smaller. Good luck if you are stopping by this location avoid placing your order with her.

Aba is the BEST! Totally hooked us up both times we’ve came to this location, & she’s super sweet! Best smile! We don’t have a Panda Express anywhere near us, so driving out of the way for some good food & good service is very refreshing!

Ordered through Panda Express app...didn't receive one full meal. My husband & daughter had to eat dinner without me. I spoke with Bianca (Mgr). She said she could not send out one plate on delivery and said she would refund me for the one plate not delivered. And she had no empathy whatsoever: This is horrible service. I am still out the 20% tip on food I didn't get + added fees. So, I'm out $$ and starving. I will NEVER visit this place again. She should have refunded much more than the food I waited over an hour for and didn't get. Beyond disappointing. Bianca should not be the manager of anything. BTW.::had to call there 6x to get someone to answer.

I always have to wait at least 10 minutes for my order through the drive thru. It's ridiculous that EVERY TIME I come here they don't have enough food cooked to accommodate their customers. It's just disappointing... this will be my last visit.
One of the best pandas I have been to the server was nice and the food was amazing I would recommend it and definitely coming back.
