They were out of items and we ordered ahead and still had to wait.The alternate soup I got was tomato and it wasn't that great maybe it would have been better if I were having a grilled cheese.

A very nice experience. My first time at this store. Associates were very friendly and i was greeted right away. Very clean store. Everyone had smiles on their faces who walked out their door. It really was a great experience.I will definitely come back.

This is probably the worse Panera bread location I’ve been to. They never have supplies such as forks and spoons. I order the green tea and they don’t have it in the bottle nor dispenser. I stop by this morning just to get a bagel. 3 cars in line. We were stuck in line for 30+ minutes. Cars honking and everything. I typically don’t write reviews but this place is trash.

Asked for a sandwich after a long wait I got a very burnt sandwich I thought about letting it go and try eating it because I didn’t want to have towait again but it’s was too burned and it’s not a cheap sandwich so I decided to ask them to make it again. Super rude customer service. And when I got the new sandwich it was even MORE burnt, this had to be malicious, I ended asking for my refund. Manager did not even apologize or acknowledge the situation. Won’t be back to this location
