Usually, I know what to expect from Papa John's, but this is genuinely disgusting and shows I can't trust to deliver from locations I haven't physically walked into. This was rolling loosely around my box, making my pizza contaminated, and this also means the container in which they store these are also contaminated. How does that go unnoticed and happen?I made sure to contact the manager so that he is aware of this, and he didn't sound too confident that the PROBLEM would be swiftly resolved. On top of that, i could barely hear him he sounded horrifically introverted and relictant to even speak at all.. and then hung up on me the first sign the convo was headed to a resolution. I'd say they aren't throwing these out and will continue to serve them based on the conversation I had.After making this post I wont be ordering from this location because alot of food service locations will retaliate.

Came in to grab a late night pizza and it was the best I've ever had from papa John's which is already better than most everything was fresh and exactly what we asked for Brian was really polite and made sure we had whatever we needed I would 100% recommend this location even if you weren't in the mood for pizza you won't regret

I got food poisoning from yesterday’s order, and I’m in sooo much pain! Ate a total of 4 slices of cheese pizza and threw an entire meat pizza away and a box of breadsticks. I wasn’t taking any chances. Not only that, every time I order I always tip on the app for the driver, and my note says to leave the pizza at the door. Tell me why they always stand there for 5 minutes????

Ordered carry out, drove 20 min there and my pizza was just thrown together with maybe 5 pepperoni pieces and it tasted undercooked. Ended up throwing it away. Idk if the workers are high making these things but my pizza looked like school cafeteria food. Y’all need to do

Eating my 3rd slice felt something rubbing my chin. Pulled a cheese covered hair out of my throat and mouth. It measured 12 1/4". Called and talked to manager. He said it must have blown on the pizza with the wind and nobody there has hair that long. The driver sure did. This is 100% disgusting and the pizza from this location has ALWAYS been subpar. I have had PJ's from all over the country and sadly my home location is the worst nationwide in my experience. They didn't follow their free replacement rule, which I would have rejected anyway. I have pictures to prove my statements, and 13/16 of my $51 for 2 pizzas order that I will trash if PJ's doesn't want them for evidence. And the hair in a ziploc. I will have it DNA tested if need be. You've done me wrong for the last time Tomball PJ. Contacting an attorney
The food was excellent the sauce was perfect the toppings was NOT center loaded and was hot an tasty, the delivery driver had excellent customer service and all my extras Kudos ? ty #hamptonInn#216

Ordered 2 medium pizzas this evening for delivery. The pizzas arrived Luke warm, very few ingredients, ingredients mostly scattered in the the center of the pizza. I also paid for extra cheese, you couldn't tell it if it was added or not. Needless to say, this was probably the worst pizza I have eaten. Majority was thrown in the trash. The old Friday excuse doesn't work here. Will never order from Papa Johns again. Yuck

If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I would have read the reviews here first. Slow and rude workers. I ordered through the app, which had issues of its own. Steven said I chose cash and no payment. I tried paying with debit which wouldn't go through so paid with a CC. Looked up my bank account to see that it had in fact when through 2x on the debit card!!!! I went right back in to explain. He shrug his shoulders as if I were lying. I asked for his managers # and name. He said he couldn't give it out that isn't correct policy, and I had no right to ask. I said really? You can't give out his name? What pizza place has that in place? He replied all of them. I laughed.... and said no sir they do not. He shrugged as if to say whatever lady.I will look to see if I can find corporate info. Customer service and badic respect is lacking greatly at this Pappa Johns.Pizza was also cold.

By far the worst customer service I have ever received speaking with the manager and I can’t say that was the manager because he was so rude. He wouldn’t even give me his name we received the pizza at about 10:20 PM. It wasn’t what we ordered and it was cold , he never apologized. He just told me it would be another 30 minutes before we could receive another pizza I then asked was he the manager because he had no compassion at all and wondered what his name was so that I can make a complaint needless to say he wouldn’t even give me his name go anywhere else but this Papa John’s the pizza is horrible and the customer service is worse
