Stopped by this location to get a milk shake. Like everything these days I thought it was a little expensive ($5 for a rather small shake). However I will say it was pretty tasty and the location was very nice, clean and the staff were nice. The location is decorated very cool, I love when these chain restaurants try to keep a local feel to the community which this one does a great job of. I will go back, it was worth it.

Never coming here again. Supposed owner was extremely rude and the Mac and cheese tastes exactly like kraft. I looked on their website and it said that I would receive a free sandwich upon creating an account and purchasing $5 worth of food. After completing those actions, I expected to be able to get my free sandwich, but nothing was showing up. I asked one of the workers and the supposed owner to see where I could get it, and he said that i needed to get the app. I then purchased the app and logged into my newly made account and showed them that nothing showed up. He looked at it and proceeded to tell me I was wrong and didn't read it correctly because it said to purchase it through the app, which I found to be untrue after reading it again. It said to make an account and make your first purchase of at least $5, which I did. I actually got a text from potbelly saying that I had joined potbelly perks. After trying to see if I could get my sandwich because I did what the website said I needed to, the supposed manager essentially said I was wrong and walked away, leaving me standing there. I was very disappointed in the service and that the supposed manager wasn't willing to help me with something that would've been very easy to say, it's not a big deal, and I'll just make the sandwich, especially when he could see I did everything required to receive it. My $5 was essentially wasted because the mac & cheese was not good at all. Tasted like Kraft quality. I called the potbelly and after leaving me on hold for a very long time, they said the manager was not there, and he'd call me back, but I'm very sure they won't do anything to compensate.

The first time here and the sandwiches were delicious and messy. The soup wasn't the best... but the cookies were so good.

Their sandwiches are pretty good, they stopped carrying the banana malt so we don’t go there as often as we used to. Please remove the option to “tip” on the app, just silly:)!Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwichKid-friendliness: Thankfully decent choices here for kids, the Mac can be overly cheesy though

Much better than the Potbelly closer to my home. People are friendly, and place is clean. It's a chain so the food is pretty much the same as all Potbelly's. A good experience.

good food but the staff takes the tray at the cleanup station and uses the end of it to push the trash down further into the bin, then took the tray and just stuck it on top of the stack of other trays without washing it first. So you're grabbing a trade that has been down in the trash.

Potbelly is often overlooked but they have good food. I like the variety and their milkshakes (cookie butter!!!) are great. I just learned there is a cold brew shake so I will update on my next visit. I never see a lot of people dining in so no complaints about wait or service, possibly due to more takeout customers like me. Their prices are competitive and portions are good. The Wreck has been highly recommended. I prefer lighter fare so consider trying the Avo Turkey, Mediterranean or the Apple Walnut Salad.

Left my purse in the bathroom. They were kind enough to place it in their safe until I was able to return to pick it up. Food also quite good. Clean restaurant, great staff.

First time at Potbelly. I ordered a regular avo turkey, a large wreck, 2 bags of chips, 2 shakes, and 2 cookies. It came out to just over $40.The bread was really good. Toasted perfectly, chewy and it didn’t fall apart as we ate our sandwiches. We were satisfied with the quality of the ingredients in our sandwiches. The orange cream shake is just like an orange creamsicle and the cold brew shake has that cold brew flavor. Way too full to try the cookies right now.All in all, very happy with food and service. Will be back.

Everyone in town told us potbelly is THE SANDWICH shop. I ordered the Italian because in its pictures it has lettuce, 2 layers of three meats, and peppers. I order the full size sandwich and I don't even think it was 7 inches long. It had one layer of two meats and I honestly could barely taste it. I love sandwich shops and I'm just disappointed that we payed 35 dollars for what equates to 1 large sandwich from firehouse subs.
