Vibe- This is a cute cozy coffee shop! There's some seating outside and a good amount of seating inside. In addition to the drinks on the menu, there are some pastries and bites to eat as well. Customer service- Great! Food/drinks- I got a hot matcha latte with oatmilk and lavender + rose Parking- there's a good amount of parking in the lot

First time customer and hooked. Cute coffee shop. Ambiance was nice. Customer service was top tier. My mood was off yesterday morning but the customer service/vibes alone made me switch from take out to dine in.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this coffee spot. The diverse menu featuring Greek and Turkish coffee caught my attention, offering a unique twist. The Almond Croissant I ordered was exceptionally delicious, adding to the overall positive impression. The atmosphere was relaxed, creating a very chill vibe, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making my visit all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a delightful coffee and pastry experience.

literally the cutest little coffee shop!! think one of those cool houston coffee shops but just in tomball. the staff was extremely friendly and attentive and gave me great suggestions. i got the modern macchiato, which is a vanilla latte with caramel and i substituted the milk for oat milk and omg it was amazing!! they also have so many pastries and healthy snacks. i love it here!! this will definitely be my new spot to relax and get some work done.

Went today for lunch. Very good sandwiches. Cappuccino and frappe were spot on. But what stood out was the service. Amazing prompt. Personable. Highly recommend

Came in this morning to get my usual and I could not be anymore disappointed.I recently bought a house around the corner and was excited I was close to my favorite coffe shop. The coffee and service is getting worse every time I go.Sadly today is my last draw my coffee came out tasting like water.I will not be returning here anytime soon.

In a corner of those typical anonymous plazas. But the place doesn't feel anonymous. Lots of characters, with convenient parking just upfront. The drink menu is adequate, I just wish they had fresh squeezed orange juice. The food menu is good, but the impressive thing is the selection of fresh baked goods. Finally, something original and different. Also, it doesn't hurt that the show is run by 3 or 4 cute young girls who seem to know how to move behind the bar of a hectic coffee shop in the morning. I just wish this was closer to where I live

Barbarossa Coffee Roasters is a gem! The coffee is seriously top-notch, and the menu setup is like a breeze. The staff, Total rockstars - super chill, helpful, and they know their coffee game. Oh, and let's talk about those shirts and sweatshirts - absolute coolness level: off the charts. Plus, the cheesecake!?! I'm still dreaming about it. This spot nails the chill and fun vibe. Highly recommended!

Updating my review because Yelp doesn't make it possible to reply to the sassy response I got from the owner here. Let me address a few things: 1- he said that I dislike their small business. I actually loved this business and spent quite a bit of money there over the past several years. Maybe that's what makes my recent experiences so disappointing. 2- he said I have continuously left 1-star reviews for their business. This is not true. I have left ONE other review (2-star) for a DIFFERENT location (which is now closed) with very similar complaints. 3- my favorite thing to order at Barbarossa has always been the blueberry muffins. They have always been very moist and delicious. When I tell you the one I got on Friday was dry, it's not because I "dislike the business," it's because it was DRY. I waited over 15 minutes to receive a muffin that was served cold and was indeed dry, making it all around disappointing. 4- I have no doubt that the parfaits are made fresh daily, my complaint is that, again, I waited FIFTEEN MINUTES, watched them take the yogurt out of the display case, put it on the counter, and call my name. 5- he said that I should save my time and take my business elsewhere, and as I mentioned at the end of my original review, I certainly will.

An excellent cafe. The menu is long, with all the typical espresso-based options, plus a long list of flavored lattes, plus a good list of less common brewing options (various French press, pour-over, etc). I had a cafe Cubano that was strong and sweet with great crema. It was amazing. I also had a latte that was smooth and extremely well balanced. There are also several interesting food options, and the croissant I got was better than is generally found at grocery stores. The barista was helpful and very engaged.

Fantastic coffee, great vibe and friendly staff. This is my favorite cafe in Houston for getting work done, love the booths / # of power outlets and they have great breakfast/lunch options too

Coffee is the star here! Best Sumatran coffee I've enjoyed in many years! (That's the French roast they had when I visited last month.) You can get espresso beverages, yum, but also expand your horizons and order a French press, pour over, or other brewing method. You'll get a freshly ground, fragrant brew that'll satisfy your senses and nourish your soul. It's Art!! The owner/s is/are obviously passionate about roasting, brewing, and enjoying coffee. They do serve some pastries and offer a few savory treats - small but well curated menu. They also offer organic, loose leaf teas and other beverages to please those who accompany a coffee connoisseur but who aren't into it themselves. (Thinking of a friend who swears drinking coffee tastes like licking a mouse. I don't need to know why she's so familiar with the taste of mice.) Youthful staff vary in expertise and attentiveness - some are delightful. While there, I saw an owner conducting a staff training that was impressive in its focus on understanding what they're serving. I took the opportunity to ask the owner when he'd open a shop in Austin. (No luck.) They're concentrating on expanding into northwest Houston instead: near Tomball and Spring, When you're in that area, it's 100% worth a visit.

We went in Sunday specifically for their croissant breakfast sandwich & maybe splurge on a piece of San Sebastián cheesecake (which by the way is OUT OF THIS WORLD DELICIOUS!). Much to our disappointment they didn't have either! Yikes ! The young man stepped up to the plate and saved the day. (To bad he's not going to be working there having given his notice to pursue his chosen career) He offered to make us a breakfast sandwich, having recognized us from many previous visits (I did explain about the cheesecake didn't I !) the coffee shop is changing ownership and its name so you'll notice a few changes and after talking with the new owner he assured us San Sebastián would return soon and so would more menu items!!!! So thankful. We truly appreciate the whole feel of this coffee shop. You are made to feel you can enjoy a couple hours drinking coffee, having a dessert, catching up on the news and just relaxing from a busy week. So no, it's not closing or closed, it just took on a new name. Opps, I can't leave a review without mentioning their croissants. WOW! Don't know where you're getting them but don't stop. Don't believe I've tasted better even when I lived in California.

There was a line but it moved quickly! The tacos and toast were so good! And the lattes were delicious. The place has changed in the last few months. They have a large refrigerated display case now full of yummy desserts!
