The place was so pretty and serene. Service was excellent!Food looked amazing, but honestly it lacked flavor. I got the ham n gruerer cheese souffle and it needed salt or something.I recommend asking to cook it well done otherwise it will be quite wet.The strawberry and the chocolate dessert souffles each were quite mild, but put together, perfect. In fact, we only ordered the strawberry but she knew I was debating on the chocolate and they brought us one for free!So sweet!

Almost 5 stars. The marshmallow soup and the Niçoise salad were amazing. I'll be thinking about that soup for awhile. 5 stars on the soup for sure! The only let-down came with the desserts. My son and I got soufflés and they were both black/burnt on top. We were able to scrape the bitter top off and we did enjoy the rest of the dessert, but we ended up leaving on a sour note to an otherwise spectacular dinner.

We had great experiences visiting for lunch. We had French onion soup was very delicious, tasted just like the one we had in Paris (very authentic). Our soufflés were very good as well. Nice service and great atmosphere. Loved it

Yes, it's great. My mom used to send us out in the yard or waited until we were asleep to make a soufflé. My husband hadn't ever had one. They've done a great job with the atmosphere, they had a pop up book of my favorite, The little princess, right by our table. The marshmallow soup was good, but I'd read so many reviews, it wasn't the standout I thought it would be. The crabmeat soufflé was outstanding, as was the pecan soufflé I had. My husband said he would rate the French onion soup, ham and cheese soufflé, and strawberry soufflé as a 5. The pictures tell the story.

Wonderful restaurant with fantastic service! We've been several times and loved everything we've tried. The marshmallow soup is a must have! And of course the savory soufflés! Save space for dessert and make sure you order a dessert soufflé- they are all lovely. My favorite is the chocolate.

I've been to Rise three times now. I enjoyed their fresh bread, marshmallow soup, French onion soup, artichoke, citron green tea, bananas foster souffle, strawberry souffle and their apricot souffle. Everything tasted wonderful. Their souffles are such a treat! I'm looking forward to trying more of their menu next time.

Met friends for brunch on Saturday and we all tried a variety of items of the prix menu and they were all amazing!!! The crabmeat souffle was spectacular. The waitstaff was gracious and allowed us to linger with the conversations of good friends catching up. What a cute place with great ambience.

This was our first and definitely not our last visit. The food was hot, fresh and great tasting. Our server "Summer" and the others provided just the right amount of service/privacy to make it a great evening.
We frequented Rise a lot when it was near Galleria area of Houston. We were so sad and disappointed when it closed...but now it's back...new location, food and service just as good as we remembered. Wonderful!!!

This is becoming a favorite of mine here in the Woodlands. It's a dining experience with superb service and an exquisitely executed menu. They have rotating seasonal options and merchandise for sale. I highly recommend Rise Soufflé for a special dinner or simply dessert & coffee. If you like good food, you won't be disappointed.Vegetarian options: All the souffles were incredible and they have vegetarian options including the marshmallow soup, truffle infused mushroom souffle, steamed artichoke, mac & cheese souffle, cauliflower & brie souffle and all the desserts.

It was my husband's and my first experience with eating souffle! I have to say I was really amazed with how light and airy the souffles were! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has never eaten souffle. I will definitely be going back!!
