This was a fun and delicious Texas BBQ experience. Everything was delicious, including the sides. The pulled pork was outstanding. Brisket was excellent - you can get brisket lean or moist. The moist means it has more fat marbled through the meat. I will return to Rudy’s again! Actually, I NEED to return to try more things on the menu!
The Chopped Beef sandwich was tender and delicious. The Smoked Pork Ribs had lots of meat on the bones and equally tender and juicy, as well.Jon, the manager was very accommodating and helpful.

I went here with a party of 14 and expectedly it took about 20-30 mins for the food to arrive. The flavor of the brisket, coslaw, pulled pork, chicken, potatoes, creamed corn,etc. a 10/10. There weren't too many people sitting around us.

Rudy’s BBQ is mi favorite BBQ restaurant in Houston. I love the country atmosphere, the personnel is very nice, and all food is really tasty. I love moist brisket and spicy sausage above all else. There has been a few times that my brisket has been kind of cold. And I let it pass. But today when I asked, the manager switch it for a hot portion of delicious moist brisket.Thank you!

Rudy's is the only BBQ place that has brisket like my dad did and that says a whole lot! I really miss that. The baked potato with brisket was delicious ? it's my favorite. The service is always good when we go in. Definitely will go back!

I came around 330pm got a fresh brisket the young lady pulled it out it was nice and hot even when u got it the paper wrap was hot . They were friendly I was the only person in line they thanked me even the staff at the taco station. I would have given 5 stars but the prices went up very high 2 slice brisket sandwiches took my $20

Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q:Having just returned from Thailand and landing in Texas, I was craving some authentic BBQ, and Rudy's did not disappoint! The flavors were outstanding, and every bite was a delight to the taste buds. The brisket was tender, the ribs were perfectly smoked, and the sides were delicious accompaniments to the main event. The atmosphere at Rudy's "Country Store" added to the experience, giving it that true Texas BBQ feel. A must-visit for anyone looking for great BBQ in the Lone Star State! ??
Wow, SALTY. I got the pork loin sandwich and the baked beans. I don't think either could have been more salty unless you just poured a keg of salt over the top. They need to take it easy with the "rub" on the meat, plus they clearly brine it to too long. Salted pork is what it was. The beans, not much better.
