Call to place a pick up order at 815 on a Saturday and they close at 10pm, we're told they aren't accepting take out orders over the phone....and to maybe try tomorrow? What is that even supposed to mean try tomorrow? What an idiotic policy. Ordered from a different location with zero issues. Guess we'll just order from one further away from now on.

Not Russo's anymore! A lovely pizza tasting concept with gourmet flavors of pizza. The fig and pig is phenomenal! All of them are great but the dessert pizzas are very delicious too (not super sweet!). A bit pricier and meant more for a private or intimate dinner setting. They are kid friendly but don't have a lot of options for them. 2 and unders eat free!Parking: Prime corner restaurant with loads of parking spots. Free.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp at the front of the restaurant and lots of tables to roll up to and eat at.

Ordered pizza for my birthday party but manager called and canceled my $80 order 30 minutes before it was suppose to be picked up. The call did not go through because my phone was on dnd while driving over to pick up. Manager was not helpful and said it would be 40 minutes to an hour to get an order made to replace the canceled party food. I left upset because now I have no food meanwhile the money has not been refunded. They didn’t even offer proof the transaction will be refunded.

What ever is going on with this place is now trash. Your starters don’t make any sense. why you give two people a regular bowl of salad 1/4 full. We were in and out within 30 minutes, the pizza wasn’t even warm. We didn’t accept the “2nd” round of pizza or the desert because your pizza sucks. Russo’s had really good pizza and I thought they’re new thing was gunna be all right but he’ll no. I paid the full amount and gave a good tip, but guaranteed to never go there again.

I ordered 63.17 worth of Pizza and when I arrive to pick it up I was told Sorry but we cancelled your order. They tell me that it is too busy and they ran out of ingredients. I was charged and the manager insist that I will receive a refund. It was on August 27, 2023 it is September 6, 2023 and Ive received NOTHING!!!! Maybe 60 bucks isnt alot for some folks but to a mom struggling to pay bills it hurts. It was my kids birthday and I thought Id splurge on a better pizza. This sucks too because I really liked Russos pizza. Thanks for nothing. Next move is to call corporate or whoever actually owns the joint.

The food was good. Great price for the all you can eat. The service was so so and our server was MIA most of the time. The managers were running around doing most of the serving. Maybe it was growing pains. Otherwise it was good.

Ok, after seeing the name change I was a little confused. Turns out there are 2 different experiences. Take out is Russo’s inside is olio & farina. Well, the take out pizza is about as good as pilsbury make at home pizza ( not even at the level of dozen DiGiorno, etc). The cannoli was good but a little stale. For the price, go down the street to Domino’s

Got a 12”pizza and garlic bread. Bread was cold and not toasted but had stiff melted cheese. Couldn’t even finish one. Pizza was good but so small and plain for $30. $9for cold bread . Delivery girl was nice but she had a restaurant style receipt holder and made it difficult to sign while I was holding the pizza. Crust is

Not only is their service awesome but the food is great. I got the large slice of pizza and you would think pizza is pizza but here it’s so much different. It is just the best pizza I’ve ever ate and they have this truffle cheese that is to die for. And the man that waited on me was super nice and super attentive just all-around a great place.

The worst pizzas this is not Italian at all! i order to go. Pizza it’s hard and tasted like garlic. Not good at all. I’m so upset. Dominos pizza compared to this is better ?

We sat at the bar and were waited on by Oscar. He was outstanding! He was the best server I’ve had in a long time. We started off with calamari which was perfectly cooked. Then I had the baked ziti which was good. We finished off with a slice of cheesecake which was very good. This was the best visit I’ve ever had at Russo’s.

Considering how much I love Russo's Pizza this experience and location did not meet my expectation before leaving a review I also emailed the owner of the establishment but after three weeks of waiting I never got a reply. When I came in the gentleman at the counter took my order for a large pepperoni pizza I even asked if the pepperoni pizza was still on sale as advertised on the window outside hidan presidents otra mitad de pepperoni pizza is only on sale until 5 p.m. which I said was fine and said I just wanted a pepperoni pizza well the whole time I was ordering he was snickering with another female employee that was standing right behind them and not really paying attention to what I was saying, I waited about 30 minutes for my order and when it finally came I grabbed it and left to my surprise when I got home it was a plain cheese pizza considering I live 20 minutes away from that location I did not worry about going back but I did email the owner and never got a reply so I figured I'd leave this review Russo's is great but this location is trash
