Very bad and disrespectful customer service, I went inside and I was the only customer inside and nobody even bothered to tell us “ one moment and we will be with you” the 2 people over there just ignored us and were busy with the drive through! And I asked them could anybody help us here after a wait they didn’t even answer me they looked at me and saw me talking to them and didn’t say even one moment or anything, and I have been waiting for them to order for a long time, really disrespectful, and I took my daughter and walked away without ordering! Will not go back!

HAIR IN SMOOTHIE!!! Do not recommend this location at all. I added pineapple to my smoothie and obviously thought it was the pineapple fibers but when I went to pull it out my mouth to my surprise, I discovered it was hair. I tried calling the store but the phone number found EVERYWHERE on Google is Not connected. Ended up calling another location and they had the same thing Google showed so she reported to district manager and replaced my drinks.

Smoothie was cool, I called up there a few times no one answered. So I pull to the window to make sure they where open and the thought I had a pick order or something & I said no I tried calling to order but nobody answered. She asked what I wanted I told her than she proceeded to tell me "next time can u order back there" & I asked her again "does y'all phone work" she then said "the phone in the office does but we are all up front" I'm sorry but I tried calling nobody answer than i was given an attitude simply because I was confused if the place was even open or not cause nobody was answering the phone. But it's cool just will not be back. Thank you.

Waited behind a car for 10 minutes and the guy said “we took our last order” (this was before 9pm)We drove from 249 and 2920 to get here. I feel like it was on purpose, not to mention it says the hours of operation are open until 10. I don’t hardly ever write reviews if that says anything. Terrible

This is the smoothie king to go to. Love the service and the hard workers... the smoothie king off of 249 is trash and the employee at night suck l. They always close early. We call to find out what time they close, they said 9:00 pm and when I went at 8:15 with my daughter and she was close already.....

Excellent service!! I was having trouble with figuring out which smoothie I wanted and the person who took my order was very kind and patient with me. They even recommend some smoothies that I would absolutely want to try. When I got to the window the same person who took my order (I’m assuming since I saw a guy in there and the voice that took my order sounded like a girl) was very nice and even complimented my kids. 10/10 would come back just to be served by that employee. I looked on the receipt and saw the name Hallie, so I would like to give a big thank you to her for making mine and my kids day!!!

This location is the worst location I go to in the area. 80% of the time my order is wrong [-1 ingredient is not a complicated order] and I end up having it remade correctly. This is the only location I frequent that ever gives me any issues or bad attitudes.

Just came in to get my Gladiator 20oz and was told since it is Friday that I can upgrade for $1! These 2 guys working today at 5:30pm are really good. One was cleaning the dine in area and it was very well done and the other was working the drive through and handled my order. Both were friendly and that made my rough day better! Thank You Smootie King!
