Found this piece of plastic while chewing on a bite of a burger. Been coming here for years and never had an issue, has always been great. This is either someone broke something while the food was out and didn't check the food or it was intentional. Either way that is very dangerous.

3/26/24 12:20pmPulled into drive-thru for lunch. The guy in front of me ordered and just sat there for a couple of minutes after being directed to pull forward. I wasn't too irritated by it bc stuff happens. When I pulled up after ordering,I couldn't get to the window bc his car was not pulled all the way up to the order pickup area. I sat there for 4 minutes and asked a car hop who walked by if he was broke down. She said, "No, he just can't read the sign" and she went inside. No one said anything to him so I left and went to Arby's. They should value their customers enough to take care of business.I won't be back and, if this is the norm for this location, they're rating is going to continue to fall like Sonic on 249 @ Spring Cypress has (2.7?).

Ordered the double, double cheeseburger. It had so much mustard on it I had to wipe some of it off to be able to eat it and all I could taste was mustard. Wouldn't order again.

Typical sonic experience. However I would advise against using the app, they seem to make it take longer when you use the app. I have tried several times and found myself waiting over 20 minutes for my food to be ready. As well as they don't tell you when it's actually on the way. The screen will say that a car hop is on the way with your food. But then you'll sit there for a other 5-10 minutes before they actually bring it out. Food is good as usual and service wasn't terrible. My only recommendation is to use the drive though or a stall. There is NO point in ordering ahead through the app.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND!! they will make you wait over 40 min in line and tell you they ran out of whatever you order! Never have anything in stock either.

I love coming to THIS specific Sonic because the workers are great especially Jody! Jody is an absolute doll with great customer service!! She goes above and beyond, greets the customers so warming and welcoming, always checking in on the customers when we’re eating in our cars, etc. My food is always fresh when ordering at this location as well.

100% the worst service and experience I have ever had. I ordered on the app at 8:26 PM did not receive my food until 9:38 PM. When the food was finally brought out I asked if my food was sitting there this entire time, the attendant that brought my food out was honest and said yes, I asked if they could be remade because the food was not mine, but to be given to other people, he said yes, he was gone for about four minutes and came back out with the same exact food he had given me originally. I understand if there is a back up and things get busy, but my food had been sitting there and was being openly unacknowledged, on top of the fact that they tried to give me food that had already been previously made, and sitting there, which is unsanitary and unsafe , they also turned off of their phone so a call could not be made while I was sitting there waiting. The service was unprofessional unorganized, and honestly a disgrace.

Ordered three combos and where missing bacon, a Pattie, and the jalapenos. I paid extra for all that and just got 3 cold cheeseburgers. It's worse from a year ago. Don't waste your money ?

This place is nothing like it use to be. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with no onions nor tomato instead they gave me 2 slices of bread with only mayo lettuce and 2 pieces of bacon that was broke in half. Ruined my whole day. Then to top it off, I won't get my money back on my card until 2 days later. They expect me to wait another 20 minutes for what I "ORDERED"...! Sad! I only gave them one star because the young lady apologized.Kid-friendliness: The young lady apologized.

We stopped at this Sonic today & I got the chicken strips with tater tots & my husband got a burger. It was all absolutely disgusting!! The gravy was like water, everything was nasty. Even the tea tasted old. Needless to say, we threw $25 worth of food in the trash can. Never again will I go to this place. ??
