Yesterday my husband and I stopped for some food and our total was 7.88. I paid with a $20 bill I just got my receipt and put it in my bag till this morning they ripped me off by 5.00 in change. The receipt doesn’t indicate I paid with cash and also it say my change was $.12 cents. I will not be back here!So unprofessional.

Was served by Brianna (however you spell it) today. First of all asked her to do 2 payments one with cash and one with card. She instead used my card because she said it had the full amount on it. She didn’t give us any straws for our drinks or any sauce for my cheese sticks. Just because I had money on my card didn’t mean I want to use it. And instead of helping me out with the issue she just goes “oh sorry”.

This place completely sucks!!!! I just left there and they had me wait for like 15 20 in the drive thru for one burger but everyone behind me got their stuff before I did I'm disappointed in the employees on their phones they are rude this place needs to be shut down for good

There’s this one lady i believe she’s a manager. Every time i visit she has an attitude. I said thank you, and please multiple times, and i maybe got 1 or 2 words out of her. I said thank you so much and she just slammed the window in my face. Don’t work in the service industry if you can’t take it. Rude.

I literally wish I could give 0 stars but it won't allow me. This is the worst sonic ever. 45 minutes for 3 blizzards, finally get them they are melting already and literally maybe have 6 cookie crumbs each. This place is pathetic and should be shut down!

It doesn't matter if you go through the drive-thru or order online, the wait time is laughable. Expect to wait 15 minutes plus to get your food. This really sucks because I really like the food and the employees are friendly.

So my wife went thru the drive thru and ordered a large Oreo shake. Otw home she tasted it and it lacked flavor and tasted like water. She drove back and went thru the drive thru again and told them that she wasn't happy with her order. 30 seconds with no response they just told her to pull through. When she got to the window she returned her drink and they gave her another one and walked off. Didn't say sorry or apologize for their mistake. The service here is horrendous. They really need to take some training course on customer service. No surprise they have 1 star avg.
