Please don't give this place your money. I usually only review if its 5 stars, but this is actually in real life the worst Subway in existence. Every day, they get it wrong, every day, they don't know the menu, every day, you must repeat every aspect of your order multiple times for them to understand, every day, my sandwich is poorly wrapped or wrapped without the paper. Please clear house and hire human beings with enough competence to make a sandwich I never thought I'd be that guy to say it but half a dozen failed opportunities to get it right later here we are.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Worst subway I’ve been to. Because this location sucks so bad I end up driving 10 minutes away to the one on champions in glenloch forest. When you place order online they always tend to screw it up. The people that work there are extremely rude and the manager that was called on the phone didn’t know English and was talking smack about me to the employee on the phone not know I spoke Spanish.

Do not come here, take more time and drive somewhere else, they don’t put any meat and they have a silver thing covering the meat area so you can’t see and It has dead bugs all over It I informed them and they said they can’t reach to get them so they’ll stay there, my sandwich was super cold after asking for It toasted had to go back In to get It warmed up I spent $21 to eat bread crust. Never again.

I stopped by to get a bite to eat and then they were out of white bread and there subs went up to 10.50 instead of 7.50 and didn't even get the bread that I liked, would have been better off to stop at Mc Donald's.

Unsafe for employee, that was left alone on a Friday at lunch time, manager went to make deposit at bank, then called stated she had other things to and would not be back. In my opinion this is very unsafe practice for Subway employees to be left

Walked in and the employee victor was very rude. Some of the bread was very dark so I asked for a lighter bread he pulled out 3 different breads that were still dark I pointed to the on I wanted that was in the lighter side and he rolled his eyes. I asked for a meatball sub and he made a Italian bmt then started to mean mug m when I told the lady I asked for a meatball sub (I couldn’t see when he put the meat on since they covered it with a silver lid) you can’t see any of the meat they have a list of what you can get.them he goes to the cash register to ring me up when the lady that was there was doing it for everybody else infront of me and he over charged me $4 I asked the lady what was the price of the sandwiches and she corrected the price victor has terrible service skills. And I’ve been in that subway before and most of the employees are very nice but victor needs to do better and control his face I work as a server and understand people can be rude but I was never rude the only thing I might have done to irritate him his ask for lighter bread.

This subway so disappointing. The people working here need more training on everything!! When they see that you don't put a tip because you're carrying out they give you faces and are rude after. If I'm dining in I absolutely leave a tip but when it's carry out I'm only going to pay for the food. The guy making my sandwhich had a mask on and was wearing gloves. He sneezed (in the mask) but then kept touching his mask with his gloves and going back to touching all over my sandwhich. His mask was visibly wet from all the snot that kept coming out of his nose. I mean seriously what's the point of the gloves if you're still going to cross contaminate like that. As he was about to check me out, some lady came in (looked like she was running late). She came straight out behind the counter, grabbed some bread and THEN put gloves on. She went to the back and straight out so I know she didn't wash her hands. This place is just disgusting. Save yourself a trip and just make the sandwhich at home.

The worker was rude and not welcoming. He wasn’t as kind to me as other customers in the store. I know Subway is healthy fast food but you’d expect a little appreciation or kindness when buying food at a restaurant. They also did not have all of the ingredients Subway typically offers. He also made my sandwich sloppily. I won’t return to this location.

This place doesn’t even deserve a single star. Just walking in the atmosphere seems nasty. I don’t even want to sit down. While ordering food they are out multiple condiments and veggie Pattie’s. For someone whose family consists of people who are mostly vegetarian, I find this very frustrating. And on top of that it took 30 minutes for our food. The food area also seems nasty as if they only clean once or twice a week.
