We ordered our food through the app for pick up in the drive thru and I spent 25 minutes waiting for my food. Was asked multiple times if I was someone else and every time I gave them my name they just kept saying “oh yeah” and it’s on another line apart from the drive thru. Meanwhile I’ve seen 15 cars order and leave. And have been asked if I’m 3 different online orders. Trash service and when I pulled up 5 employees were just outside hanging out. Don’t leave your team short staffed, staggered breaks make everyone’s life easier.

Dont eat here if youre in a hurry. We waited at least 15 mins for our food and they were keeping up with the drive thru and curbside but they seem to forget us and the other people in the dining room once we got our food a new group came in and sat down got their food immediately as they sat

This place literally sucks. I spend almost 30-40 dollars every time I come here, they are the slowest place I have ever been too, they are always messing up my order, always forgetting to put my food that I pay for in the bag. Don’t recommend. I have been going here my whole life. Never again.
Don’t order a mobile order. They completely ignore you, only take care of the drive through.Edit: Guy tried to order after me, they told him to use the kiosk.Edit2: Guy came in after the previous and said he was waiting 20 minutes at the drive through he ended up canceling his order because they couldn’t figure out what to do.

Slowest taco bell ever, if your picking up orders they like to take thier time but if your drive thru they some how get it out fast , but pick no you wait 30-45 mins even though you were before drive thru orders, this is uncool , 2 quesadillas and a burrito really takes that long!!! Where's the management?!!!!

This location sucks its gone downhill the quality of food and how they make it is not that great i ordered a half azz cold quesadilla that wasnt really cooked well at all like come on guys do better i really cant wait till the new location in Pinehurst opens up i hope its better quality and better customer service then the tomball location and the cleanliness of the restaurant was poor to trash piled high barely any tables clean food crums all over the floor i will not be back at this location
