Stopped by for a drink around lunch on a Saturday. Greeting was nice, beer selection is limited. Asked for a refill from my table. Was told to get up and get it myself. Servers were available. Not sure why I was treated that way. She did provide service but I was charged more for this round than I was charged for my first round. Not sure I will come back, music was good. Classic tunes.

I will say, this restaurant was so amazing to us when we came in with 14 hungry kids who had just completed a competition that day. The kids (4th and 5th graders) all enjoyed their food and the sodas. Been back again and it was just as delicious and welcoming. The person at the cash register is very welcoming and friendly. Definitely a family favorite burger place.

They charge gratuity without any notice.

I just can’t get over the 15% gratuity. I believe in supporting local businesses but they are making it difficult to do this. So, I have one question for the owner. If this is a gratuity is it being shared with all staff on duty for that shift?

We have always loved Tejas Burger for the old town burger and nachos, those have always been incredible. The burger is the perfect take on the classic American cheeseburger. Every bite is filled with the perfect amount of flavor with hits of nostalgia that make it more than just a simple burger, they have nailed it with that. The nachos are just short of heaven that words cannot describe appropriately. With the fresh pico, melted white cheese, and chili or ground beef, your taste buds will explode from the perfect combo of flavors with each bite that you take. Now Tejas has done it again with introducing smoked chicken wings. I have only had the dry rub, but they have absolutely crushed it. The crispy crunch of the seasoned skin on the outside met by the juicy chicken on the inside is the perfect combination of flavor and texture that is expected with dry rub chicken wings. I will be back soon to try the buffalo flavor, but I can’t imagine that it will disappoint. I highly recommend Tejas, you really can’t go wrong with anything that they sell. The menu isn’t huge, but they absolutely have nailed every item that they put on it. 10/10 recommend.

Food is wonderful and so is the service. My biggest gripe is that I cannot order on the website and currently they aren’t expecting to orders over the phone. If the website would let me make an order I would much rather use it but currently it will not take any of my cards. I also wish there was somewhere to report the issue but sadly there isn’t. Hope they can fix the website soon.
