Ordered a BBQ chicken strip sandwich without the BBQ, and they forgot to take it off, so I had to drive back to get it fixed and the manager was very rude and didn’t believe me that I ordered it plain and dry when the receipt clearly stated I did. They have quick service at this location but the manager is not well suited for her position.

I stop at every Whataburger,in Texas!Always delicious and great service !Kid-friendliness: My nieces and nephews are always well behave here must be the clean environment and great food cause I can hear only eating and no talking.?
I order something but they give me something else and they do not fix it. And the old lady, Mexican lady look like she is manager there. She come and claim me order wrong and not their fault. IT’s so mean and tricky lady.. I through away what the hell they give me asap.

This particular Whataburger location has always been on point. The service is friendly and quick. The food prepared and tastes terrific. It’s always a really good experience.
I frequent this location of Whataburger in the hours between 11pm and 3 am because of my work schedule. The service is always friendly, fast, and thorough. But a special shout out to the staff here. I went through the drive thru a few days before Christmas on a night it took nearly 45 minutes to get through the line. The poor girl at the window was extremely apologetic for the wait. She then returned inside to be verbally assaulted by the people waiting inside for food. Still handed me my food with a smile and “have a good night.” And even with the beating they were obviously taking that night, it was one of the best burgers I ever had there. Definitely my favorite location they are the best around.
