I have been coming here since this place has been opened & the food has always been great but over the last year the food has gone down hill & there has been 1 waitress that has been an absolute B word to me, my family, my cheer squad & their family that have come in. EVERY SINGLE time we are there she is soooo RUDE!!! Tonight we had 2 separate people call to ask about our large party coming. Both times, both people were told by 2 separate employees it was okay & to “come on”. We saw online there would be a comedy show so I called AGAIN and was told we’d needed to be out by 6. This show was not mentioned the first 2 times we called. We arrived at 4 to be out in time, from the second we walked in the door they “weren’t expecting us” and were so rude to us. After serval attempts to ask what the problem was to said waitress “there was none & it was all fine” the old lady made literal 20 year olds try to handle the situation & tell us to hurry up starting at 4:30. Im so disappointed & will take my business to McKinney Anna Melissa or Farmersville.

First, let me say WOW! This place is so good! Our daughter lives north of us, and we've driven past this restaurant a few dozen times before actually stopping. The atmosphere there is awesome! I ordered a burger and my wife has the cheese steak. Although they lacked a little salt the food was exceptional. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. I really want to try their pizza! I can definitely see this place being one of our favorite places to go!

Great place!!! We really enjoyed the deviled eggs and the wood-fired pizza. This might be the best pizza I have ever eaten. Perfect crust and fresh toppings. So good!The noise level was good and the staff were all very friendly. Mary, our server, was attentive to our needs without hovering. Very polite too.Overall, the Rock Yard is an excellent dining establishment, offering excellent food and friendly service. We'll be back, for sure.

First time here and it won't be the last. Food was incredible with large portions and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and our waitress, Kylynn, was awesome. She was attentive and friendly and checked on us often. Great job, great food and service. We will be back.
