Absolutely love this location. Right on the square. Shares door access to the Tyler Galleria. Took my daughter and my puppy. We were greeting with fast, friendly service. And my puppy was absolutely smothered with attention by all the other customers. Loved it. The square need this

I’ve gone here about a dozen times and my wife and kid have gone way more than that. She swears it is better than the one on Broadway. The issue I have, and this goes for pretty much most of the town, is that when the guy works, he will handle money and then make your ice cream. It seems like the others, mostly been female I guess when I walk in there, will put on gloves or wash their hands. I don’t eat anything with my hands without washing them and so it makes it impossible for me to go here.

Our custard treats were delicious but the staff seemed pretty distracted while we were there.
I am not ashamed to admit that this has become the highlight of my week (OK, maybe multiple times a week!). The app provides a great incentive to keep coming back since they throw in a free concrete every few purchases. Also, the staff seems to enjoy their jobs and are super friendly.
