I have always said that I have never had a bad dining experience at Applebee's and today was no exception. I had the soup and Caesar salad from the pick two menu and my son had chicken strips and fries from the kids menu. First, the tomato soup was excellent and I just wish that the bowl was bigger. My son was full and didn't finish his chicken strips so I had one and it was good. But the fries were awesome, perfectly cooked and seasoned, crispy and delicious. I always enjoy going to Applebee's and will definitely be going back.

Called and ordered the lunch burger. When I got there they charged me for the regular price. When I told them that it was wrong the bartender stated that once we charge a card there's nothing we can do. Soni told her I didn't want their food and I wanted my money back. If you weren't going to honor the lunch price when I call you should have just told me instead of wasting my lunch time. The bartender shouldn't have needed a special request to follow the lunch specials if somebody orders one of these specials during the appropriate time.

This was probably my worst restaurant experience ever. The waitress messed up our order. Then completely forgot our appetizers. We finished our meals and the appetizers still hadn't arrived. I mean I understand things happen, we are all human. But our waitress literally abandoned us and we ended up having to get other people that work there to help us. We waited almost a half of an hour just to get our check so we could leave. It was not busy at all. We were the only people sitting on our side of the restaurant. This will be the last time we visit this Applebee's. My wife and I have been to several Applebee's around the US and we have never had an experience like this.

Went in for a scheduled 4PM interview last week and the manager was busy, and I was asked to wait an hour and a half for the Assistant Manager to show up. Most unprofessional experience of my adult life and I will not be returning. Anyone seeking work should avoid this place. If they're willing to treat prospective employees like that I can scarcely imagine how people who they hire are treated. I would give them zero stars if I could.

This is the worst we have ever had. First we were served not what we ordered.Then the waitress brought us meat pouring blood.The waitress would walk by with a smirky smile.She said she took $10 off the ticket. I said she should have taken the whole meal off, I never touched it. She said she took off $10. Well, ms.serena smirky smile went away when she sees we did not tip her. When a cook screws up twice to serve to a professional chef. Not good. I got to come back home and eat chips. Thanks
