I've been here before and it was better, but not as good as some of their other locations I've been to. This time I got the pretzel pepperoni bites to go. I didn't try one because I was trying to get out of the mall and leave. I wish I had, they were all almost completely black on the bottom. They tasted like they'd been cooked in a dirty pizza oven on an old pizza stone that hadn't been cleaned in months. I should have known better when the guy at the register kept putting his fingers in his mouth, scratching his head and lifting his shirt up and rubbing his stomach. I had him hand me the cup and a bag so I could put them in the bag out of fear that he would touch the food. I should have just left. 9 bucks down the drain. I will never go to this location again.

Worst customer service ever. I went to pick up an online order, was completely ignored. Extremely rude and unapologetic. I work in the mall and frequent here and always have a bad experience. But tonight was the absolute worst.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I recently visited Auntie Anne's in Tyler, Texas, located at Broadway Mall, and I just had to share my delightful experience with all of you. As someone who never thought much about pretzels, I was absolutely blown away by their cinnamon pretzel that left me craving for more! From the moment I stepped inside the store, the enticing scent of cinnamon and freshly baked dough enveloped me, instantly whetting my appetite. The friendly staff greeted me warmly and helped me navigate their menu. It's worth noting that their service was exceptional, which added to the overall positive experience. Now, let's talk about their cinnamon pretzel. Oh my goodness, it was an absolute treat for the taste buds! The pretzel itself was perfectly baked - golden and slightly crisp on the outside, while maintaining a soft and chewy texture on the inside. But the real magic happened when I took my first bite. The cinnamon and sugar coating on the pretzel was a stroke of genius. Every mouthful was an explosion of sweet, aromatic flavors that beautifully complemented the dough. It was like a warm hug in every bite. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-balanced the sweetness was, never overwhelming but just right. To enhance the experience even further, Auntie Anne's offers a cream cheese dip that perfectly accompanies the cinnamon pretzel. The creamy, slightly tangy dip added an extra layer of indulgence, creating a delectable combination that had me reaching for more. What truly impressed me about Auntie Anne's in Tyler was their attention to detail and the overall quality of their pretzels. Despite being a bustling mall location, the pretzels were consistently fresh and baked to perfection. It's clear that they take pride in delivering a memorable and satisfying experience to their customers.Whether you're a pretzel enthusiast or someone like me who wasn't particularly keen on pretzels before, I highly recommend giving Auntie Anne's a try. The cinnamon pretzel has definitely won me over, and I can confidently say it's one of the best I've ever had.So, if you happen to find yourself at Broadway Mall in Tyler, Texas, don't miss the opportunity to visit Auntie Anne's. Treat yourself to their mouthwatering cinnamon pretzel and prepare to be pleasantly surprised. It's an experience that might just make you fall in love with pretzels, just like it did for me!Five stars without a doubt for Auntie Anne's in Tyler, Texas. They've earned it with their fantastic cinnamon pretzel and exceptional service. I can't wait to return and explore more of their tempting menu.

My brother and I are traveling pretzel fanatics… So, I stopped by Auntie Anne's at the Broadway Mall in Tyler the other day, and it was a pleasant surprise. The pretzels there are seriously good. I mean, they're warm, soft, and just downright tasty. It's hard not to love 'em, especially when you catch a whiff of that irresistible smell as soon as you walk in.They've got a bunch of flavors to choose from, and honestly, you can't go wrong with any of them. My personal favorite is the classic buttery one, but the cinnamon sugar and garlic Parmesan ones are pretty solid too. Oh, and the service was friendly too - no complaints there. The staff was nice and didn't mind giving some suggestions when I couldn't decide. If you're into pretzels or just need a quick snack while shopping, give Auntie Anne's a shot. It won't disappoint. The pretzels taste great, and the service is friendly enough to make it a decent pit stop during your mall adventures.

I paid nearly $8 for terrible pretzel dogs and a cheese dip. The bread didn't resemble a pretzel at all, no slat, no volume, no flavor, soggy. The hot dog part might as well have been Vienna sausages. I will never buy from this business ever again. It's a scam at this point.

Absolutely horrible service...1130 am and manager has not shown up...Employee can't sell anything until manager shows...Not a very good way to run a business...especially at Christmas!

Cross eyed guy behind the counter was rude to my girlfriend after asking to give us a different pretzel because it looked old and stale. Then gave it to us and we tasted it and saw It was old and stale and asked to replace it . He then Said he couldnt do anything because we took it. Avoid this stand in the mall!!

The cheese that I got was not the right cheese and it tasted like water and all my pretzel bites were burned or had no butter or salt on them and the worker dumped half of them out before she gave them to me

So disappointed! Spent almost $10.00 for pretzel bites. They were stale. The girl at the counter gave us a new cup of the same batch! How stupid do you have to be to replace old pretzels with more old pretzels???
