I came in to have a #1 with fries, coke, and a side of onion rings yesterday. I was the only customer at the time. The food was THE BEST I've ever had at any Burger King - and I love Burger King. The place looked really nice, and the staff were very kind and jovial. THIS is THE BK location for me from now on.

Asked for made to order fries and onion rings due to the travel distance home. Both were cold and NOT fresh at all. The burgers were cold, and I had to warm it up but still couldn't eat it. Terrible experience

I was rejected serviced and I wanted to use my rewards and my coupon and the manager refused to help me after I was inside the restaurant. She didn’t apologize and I was the only one. Then when I get in my car two cars pulled in. This is the worst service I’ve had all year. This manager does not care about her job or about having good customer service. She was a Mexican woman and heavy weight with a bun wearing a hat.

The cheesy tots are awful. I bought the 8 piece, to me they are not worth the price.. maybe I had a bad batch(not cooked right) My friend who was with me said they were awful, too..
The worst place to eat, the manager was sooo rude. when we got our burgers the meat was cold, when I got my chicken wrap the chicken was cold. I went to the register and waited and the manager sent a cashier to speak to me and when I told her the meats were cold she just looked at me and did nothing and the manager didn't do anything either so upsetting . spend money on food that we couldn't eat not going back and I'm making sure that everyone knows what happened and don't go there either

I have always liked burger king but this place definitely needs some help with how they make the burgers. These were not made right. Other burger king restaurants were great. I guess you can always find one that needs help.

Was in drive thru could hear people cutting up through the speaker before he asked my order. I said Bacon king just the sandwich and he repeated 2 different burgers other than the one I was trying to order. Gave up trying to order n left,.
