The service was good. The food however was horrible!!!! I ordered chicken fajitas & it was burnt? the rice & bell peppers were stuck to the plate. Then when we asked to speak to someone, they acted as if WE were the problem & not the burnt food. I will never go back under that management.

Good place to catch lunch. The servers were extremely nice. Did not bring all the food requests. When inquiry was made, the main server mentioned the fajita set up would be right out. But it never made it. We mentioned it when we were getting to pay out. There was no offer to reduce our food price. Still gave a 20% tip, due to the servers kindness.

We were seated quickly. It was pretty busy, so the workers that actually showed up to work, had their hands full. There was a little confusion with a few food orders, but that will be worked out with more training. Don’t be mad at a worker that made the effort to show up to work. Unfortunately our food was cold when it arrived, I kind of suspect it was someone else’s order that was canceled. Manager apologized and took care of it. Chips and Salsa were fresh and great. People have bad days, don’t take a restaurant off your list for just 1 or 2 bad meals. You might just miss out on a really good experience.

Way overpriced subpar food. Wife said chicken sandwich on level with McDonald's. Food just taste like frozen, bland, fake food. And the prices they charge for this reheated cardboard is just ridiculous. Hadn't been in 13 years. Tried new location. Remembered why we hadn't been in so long. Food quality and portions were criminal.

My fiancee ordered the big mouth bites and when we finally got them they were still pink almost all the way through. So we sent them back and got another order, but the waitress was sneaky and charged us twice for the order until we noticed and had her take it off. Was not pleased with the fact that becuase they had to remake it they charged us twice. Will not be going back to this location in tyler

The double bacon burger is killer but fair warning don't fill up on chips and salsa. Fries are killer. And if you're a drinker the makers mark old fashion is pretty good.Kid-friendliness: They give kiddos a little coloring mat and it's fun to play the little games with them

I’ve been a BIG fan of Chilis all my life. I’m from the Tyler area, so I tried the new location on Broadway. I was so sad and disappointed at the service and food quality. It sincerely broke my heart, it felt like a bad dream. I told myself this not not my Chilis that I have grown to absolutely love my whole life. I wish you guys could go bk in time and not change one single thing. I miss the Loop Chilis
