Spent $40 on pizza and went to pick it up. Had to wait for it to be remade after they gave the entire order to someone else. Got home then with ice cold pizza and open the box to discover that the medium pizza was butchered into 16 uneven rectangles, looked like someone dug it from the trash. The extra large Brooklyn crust was cut into 6 very uneven slices. Called the manager Willy to complain and he didn’t care. Told me it was supposed to be like that and to have a good day. Never ordering from this place again. I’ve always loved Dominoes and this was my first and last time ordering this garbage from this location again.

Spent $40 on pizza for delivery and pizza was turned upside down called them to make it right got their and they said they forgot to put in oven and it's a 30min wait last I check it don't take 30 min to cook a pizza then the Manger was so rude thought I left but by this time I'm inside heard him talking about me to his employees when it was his mistake.( just make it right man) stupid is what he was and shouldn't be a Manger anywhere

The staff is always friendly, the store is clean and the food is great.
Everyone is very helpful and nice but they need to start wearing gloves when making the pizzas... It's too many germs and bacterias that can be transferred... They wipe their hands on the aprons touch the registers I mean that just isn't sanitary...

I havent been to Domino's in a while and tonight reminded me why. I ordered online at 8:15p and did not get my food until 9p because when I got there, the guy told me they made the wrong thing an had to do a remake. There was no complimentary action taken for the long wait and the food made the experience even worse! The pizza was dark and barely cut, the cinnamon bread twist should've be renamed cinnamon crunch twist (very light on the cinnamon), the garlic knots lacked flavor (tasted like plain baked bread) and the classic buffalo chicken bites had NO buffalo. Basically chicken and cheese. From the outside u can barely tell if the place is open for business because they never have any outside lights on in the parking lot nor lights on the building. It may just be this location?♀️

Outside container full of diseases. This means they cooked my food with dirty hands. Made my throat hurt and my cats throat too. Very nasty and gross! They need to be shut down. Very nasty and gross!

??? there I like this location since it’s the closest to my house but I would like to mention one thing. This location in particular has zero lighting on the outside of the building at night time or at least they are not turned on. More so, drivers park their personal cars in the drive thru path rather than in designated parking spaces. They park their car at the very entrance/ door of building and well if a customer doesn’t see due to poor lighting it can cause a collision with a parked car.

Order three pizzas today. It's Domino's so i wasn't expecting anything fancy. They are really skimpy on their toppings and their cheese.The delivery driver Kya was awesome.

Ordered a pizza waited almost 2 hours and called to ask about status, was told it would be another hour so I went to store and showed them 30 minutes guarantee or free. Manager responded with that's exempt if your order 4 or more pizzas which I showed that I only ordered 3 pizzas and wings. Was forced to leave the store! Will not return dominos is officially dead to me on gentry!!

Placed an order online for food the other night. Got everything that I needed in my shopping cart and then proceeded to try and check out. Here's where the problem came in. I ordered at 3:30 p.m. and they gave me a delivery of time of 8:15 p.m. WTF!!!! So I decided to call them because you know maybe their online website was not working correctly. When I called to ask about this they said they were extremely busy at 3:30 in the afternoon on a weekday. Yeah I don't really believe that they were that busy at 3:30 on a weekday. But anyways, I never ordered any pizzas just decided to order from another pizza place and had my pizzas delivered to me within 45 minutes. After reading the other reviews about this Domino's, It seems that this location is forever having numerous problems with this location.

Missing food from our order- called the store. We had our grandchildren who were very hungry. They were extremely unhelpful. We'd quit ordering from this Dominos for a long time because something was always wrong or missing (& always overcooked!). I deeply regret spending $30 on 2 medium pizzas and cinnamon sticks tonight! They may have the worst service of any place I know.
