We wanted to see the drive thru menu with ice cream flavors and their other options for sundaes, etc. The girl in the drive thru said they don't have one because there's too many flavors. ??♀️So my husband ordered a strawberry milkshake and I asked for a single scoop vanilla cup with hot fudge only. It came out with candy sprinkles and whipped cream on top ??♀️

was so excited to find a Baskin Robbins here in Tyler! this was a combo DD-BR we got there at 730 and it was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful ? we tried a couple flavors of ice cream and finally got a delicious milkshake and 2 cones. thank you!!!

I LOVE Dunkin, only just recently realized there was a location here in Tyler when they sent coupons in the mail. Went through the drive through, got 2 iced coffees and 2 donuts. Was pleasantly surprised they had not sold out of Boston Creams for the day yet, and both coffees were yummy. Only suggestion would be working on their drive thru time- I sat at the window for nearly 3-5 minutes before even being cashed out. I’m unsure if they were short staffed or if there was another reason for the long wait- but I didn’t mind. All staff members were polite and the parking lot was clean.

We placed an online order for some coffee, and they said it would be ready at 730. It was not. When i arrived at 732, they had not even started the order. It took forever and my kids were late to school as a result. Complete joke.

Not the biggest Donut guy out there, but perhaps it's because I never had Dunkin. It has changed my opinion on Donuts. As an avid weight lifter/body builder, I went for a cheat meal for myself and brother. I spent around $30, but got 12 Donuts, 2 Breakfast Sandwhiches, and 2 Pancake wraps. Needless to say...there were no leftovers. Donuts were warm, soft, and full of flavor. Every Donut I had was amazing. The sandwiches as well! Listen, if you ever get the hankering for Donuts, go Dunkin. No joke. It is actually REALLY good. 5/5 Stars - Definitely going back soon.

Terrible customer service -Ordered a mobile order and instead of canceling my order because they didn’t have any of the items available, they bagged two random sandwiches that weren’t ordered and didn’t think it was important to communicate any of that.
Came here for the first time yesterday, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! The atmosphere is so inviting! You can sit inside to eat your items or take it to go. Basket Robbins was intertwined with it, so you can have donuts & coffee or ice cream. Nice establishment and would recommend again.

Lids do not fit the paper cups properly. I had to get a different cup because the lid would not secure to keep coffee from leaking. The paper cups are worse than the foam cups.

I stopped by on my way to work and ordered a pancake wrap and toasted white chocolate latte, i paid at the window and they told me to pull forward and they would bring it out to me. A guy came out with my pancake wrap maybe a minute later and i asked about my drink and he said he would check. I waited about 10 minutes watching car after car pull to the window then leave with there items. I finally pulled around and had to go in to get my drink which the manager and staff were rude as if i was inconveniencing them. This also made me late to work when i should have just got my stuff at the window like every other car i watched.

I have always ordered Dunkin Donuts for over 10-15 years. I went to pre-order 2-Dozen Donuts Chocolate & Vanilla frosted with Holiday Sprinkles ( red, white, green, which they regularly have during Christmas anyways)for my child’s Christmas Party. Went to pick them up this morning & NO holiday sprinkles!! I also had bought a Cappuccino Blast which comes with Whipped Cream & Cinnamon every time I have ordered it prior. Well this time around when I received it the lady stated, Oh whipped cream & cinnamon are extra. I have never paid extra since I have order it over 10-years!! Unsatisfied Customer!!
