Staff is always very friendly. Always smiling and happy. Drinks are always good. I like that they have sugar-free options. Boba is good, too. One time, I ordered the wrong drink in the drive-thru and didn't realize it until after the order was placed, and they happily made the drink I meant to order without question or hesitation. I didn't ask them to make it, they just did it on their own. Always excellent service.The drive thru line can get backed-up during busy hours.

Waiting in line for more than 20 mins and not one person even comes out to pre take order. I started in the line at the sign towards the back of the building. I consider my self to be patient but 20 mins and only 2 car moves? I couldn't leave due to the cement median. I had to wait get my car out safely. This is the second time this has happened. First time I waited outside at the window. Waited 30 mins because I paid already. Wait time is unexcusable for drink only facility! I guess I might have to start going back to Starbucks.

I come here quite a bit but it seems the owner should invest some money into his morning shift. First hire or schedule more employees during the morning hours, 3 employees is not enough in the morning for a coffee place. Those girls work their butts off and they should get a raise. The last few times i have come here during the morning, obviously everyone is on a schedule and waiting for over 20 mins for a coffee is not okay. Thus why more employees should be scheduled during the morning to help those girls! I would make a statement about how my drinks were made but it's clear the morning staff is overworked and over stressed but always super friendly and make up for the mess up.
Good coffee better than Starbucks cheaper too. Even was able to get a pup cup for my granddog and a iced coffee for my granddaughter. Less than $10 for 3 drinks I'm in.

I love Dutch Bros and shout out to the one person only working in the whole store. Shame on them for not calling in back up or closing it down. Only two people in a busy area!
