Got to Einstein's this morning about 6:50. As the store doesn't open till 7am, I noticed only one car parked on the side and thought surely they were going open soon.I noticed that there were other customers arriving and waiting for opening. At 7:06 it appeared that the employees arrived with no intention of trying to hurry and get the store open. I usually find that the store is opened at 7 with coffee and bagels ready.I observed no bagels in the case and the coffee urns not there.Agreeing with the other customers, it's not worth supporting such a store that lacks consideration for their customers.Bye.

Hard to tell about the food this morning. Arrived at 7am, when the business is supposed to be open, and nobody is here. The bagle display is empty and it appears nothing is ready to go. The staff arrives about 5 after. I was leaving at this point. I like hot bagels in the morning and the group I meet with Likes Einstein's. However the staffing of this location is a major issue.

We stopped by here today at 2:50pm, not realizing they were closing at 3pm. We were just looking for coffee and a snack since we skipped lunch. The employees happily took our order and thanked us for stopping by. We appreciate the fact that they were kind even though they were trying to close up shop. The coffee and food were both fresh and yummy, they had already thrown out the eggs so he gave us extra brisket on the sandwich. We actually enjoyed the coffee and food here more than Starbucks! We will definitely be stopping by again.

Every time I order and pay EXTRA for more cream cheese it’s the same exact amount if not LESS than normal. Done trying that! What’s wrong with you???*Edit two weeks later: I did what the reply comment below said (on website) and nothing happened.

What kind of business has a locked bathroom that you have to ask a worker for a key for and prove you’re a paying customer before being allowed you use? How pathetic and greedy can you possibly be?
Very friendly staff. Quick service. It is very convenient to have the drive thru.

My first bagel, sweet bagel, tasted so strongly of garlic we had to return it. My husband went back to trade it out and once he brought the new one home is STILL tasted so strongly of garlic, it was inedible. How disgusting.

Second time I've been over the course of 3 days while visiting family. Einstein's used to be my all time favorite place to go! My.., has it gone downhill. Out of eggs before they closed. Out of the basic bagels before they closed. Limited on flavors for coffee. I asked for butter and took a bite once in the car and it was cream cheese- Im lactose intolerant so my day has turned sh*tty (quite literally) one of the staff members had her purse on trying to leave early so I'm sure my coffee has milk in it too. The person making the very simple bagel order couldn't be bothered to look up. Really disappointed that my once favorite place to come to a few years ago is so run down and has terrible service and selections.

Whatever is going on up there, whether it's quality control at the store or corporate, it sucks and it has sucked for awhile. I just keep going back bc I assume they put another person in charge of putting salmon on top of the cream cheese. What a sorry place to eat it's been over the past couple of years but also must suck to work there given how hard it is to make a bagel.

Fairly new to Tyler and wanted to try the local Einstein's on a Saturday morning. When I entered there were 3 tables with customers and no one in line. I walked up to the counter and patiently waited while 3 different employees walked back and forth in front of me behind the counter and never greeted me or offered assistance. I continued to wait several minutes and unbelievably they continued to dismiss me. I have no idea why, I was dressed nicely and it was obvious that I was ready to order. Finally, after waiting about 4-5 minutes I left. I will not be back ever again. Absolutely unacceptable and rude lack of service. With all the bakery options in Tyler this place needs to work on their service or they will be out of business soon.
