Would give 000 stars. This place is crawling with cockroaches. As I was fixing to order my food, I noticed a cockroach in serving area in vegatables& on the floor. Owned by Burger King I found out. No wonder!! Place is disgusting & manager & owner won't clean this mess up. Used to be okaybut now I know someone who worked there & Saud rats & roaches were in kitchen around veggies. Meats not kept @ room temperature. Management is too lazy to clean up.the mess as he is a mess himself. Will never go back to such a disgusting environment. Had diarrhea severely & had to go to hospital bc of food poisoning. Beware of contaminated food & workers fighting & yelling in kitchen. Beware of this place, & fights in the parking lot. Got real sick here, & did not feel safe hereVegetarian options: Horrible menu. Out of everything when you go in. OrderedA meatball sub & out of meatballs. Closed an hour earlier. Beware of cockroroaches & rats. My friends son worked there & veggies had roaches crawling on them.

Cashier is outside asking customers for cigarettes for coupons for firehouse subs!!! Very rude and doing absolutely nothing to help his team out!! Very smoky in building and using an oven that isn't even working properly but still using it for customers food!!!
Soooooo I don't know when y'all are open google says 9 went by at 7:30 and the lights were off..... So like update Google? Idk. Horrible and apparently a continuous problem. I am tempted to suggest new hours but if I put that they close at 7 they might start trying to lock up at 5:30.Update: husband went inside, couple (kids that were "working") were flirting in the back, he made some commotion and they (finally) came out, updating my score to two stars instead of one but whomever was working on 1/13 at the evening shift could use a little training? But it is 2000% my favorite Italian sub if I'm given the choice.Added a photo to show open sign is indeed off.

Do not go here. It is too expensive for a sandwich and it does not taste good. The atmosphere is boring and service is subpar. The last couple of times I went no one was happy eating with smiles. Forget this place.

Will not go back to this location. Walked in at approximately 8:20 pm. As we were walking up they were locking the doors. They said we could come in but locked the doors behind us. I asked what time they closed, they said 9. We were the only people in the restaurant. I ordered the pizza meatball sub, but they were out of meatballs. I ordered the Italian, she said she would put it on garlic bread. NOPE, no garlic bread. We ordered 2 sandwiches, one Italian and second hook and ladder. Since we felt rushed, I told the lady no mayo and wanted ranch on the side. I didn't realize it came with mustard as well, so she asked midway threw making the sandwich if I wanted mustard. I said no, just ranch on the side. Got the order, left, drove home and realized there was NO RANCH!!!! This is ridiculous. You lock the doors before closing and couldn't get 1 order right.

I see why Burger King owns Fire house subs. Service was terrible. Not one smile. My wife added a cup of Mac and Cheese and I ordered an add on of a bowl of chili along with our sandwiches. They ca)ed our name and I asked where the additional items were. One young lady said "you didn't order any additional. Another girl said she should look at the order again, oh now I see it a cup of Mac and cheese and a cup of chili, I corrected her and said it is a bowl of chili. She snottely said "Well you didn't pay for a bowl". I told her that is not my concern, I ordered it correctly. The one who took my order said she will give us the bowl as ordered.It is so sad, Fire House was one of my favorite places. Cheerful greetings, quality service and food. Now, it is below Burger King.
