Went and got the double grilled chicken meal and literally told the man 3 times I want macaroni and cheese with mashed potatoes and bake beans . I got macaroni and cheese with fried okra and corn !!!!!!!! Very mad I told them the tea was bad and they said ok lemme get u a different drink . I got Dr Pepper and guess what it was bad too!!!! DONT GO HERE SERVERS ARE SLOW AND HIGH

What the hell has happened to our last remaining Grandy's? It's getting pretty dingy in the dining room and where's the butter and honey gone? It used to automatically come with the roll. Oh my. Keep this wayward direction up, and the only Grandy's left will be in Texarkana. We've already lost Longview. Get it together, folks. Beckham was always the best location in Tyler which is why it still stands, while the others (like the one on the loop) are only a memory.

Ordered two chicken fried steak dinner . One with green beans one with corn. I got one dinner all extra add cost. Girl said she got it right. Mgr was at window. I told him My order twice. He keep listening to employee they had it right but me telling him what I want wasn't happening. The one dinner was for a 78 Year old woman. She said the potatoes were soup. The gravy was cold(extra side) she said... "Meals on wheels survey better mills. Not Worth 12dollars. Never going again. First order everything was tossed in same tray compartment. They gave New one but kept it separately girl didn't mess up order she threw everything on top of each other. Mgr didn't care to call her on her attitude.

Pretty good meatloaf, and the fries were delicious! For some reason I got fried okra instead of corn, but it was alright.Interesting fact: this location has guest wifi, but no one knows the password. I was hoping to get some business done while I ate. I'd recommend putting up a sign with the network key.

Main neon sign half burned out, vestibule wall is falling apart, out of several menu items including the chicken fried steak that I initially wanted, not having enough staff.Parking: A little bit cumbersome to enter and exit being on Beckham. Time of day traffic can be challenging if entering or exiting.

Theres no creamers for coffee all the sugar, salt, pepper, and splenda packages are wet and moist nobody hasn’t replaced them. Food cold some looks like they refried it instead of fresh ones. Who ever is in charge is not doing there work.
