Visited on a trip to see my kids. I’m picky and honestly, hard to impress. Great harvest bread co. Fabulous! The atmosphere, the staff, the vibe , and the bacon cheddar bread…… best I’ve ever had. The sample slice was the reason I bought the loaf. Do yourself a favor and visit this bakery.

I stopped by today for the first time after hearing raves about this place. I got the sausage biscuit sandwich and a bread pudding. It was phenomenal! The place was packed also. Great friendly staff to help guide me on what to do. I was able to try the king cake too which was delicious. I will be back for sure.

Ordered catering for a business event we had yesterday. The whole experience was terrific. The owner helped guide me through my options and we settled on the ideal order for our event. When I arrived to pick up the order- well before the store opened- they were wrapping it all up tsp everything was warm and fresh. Even helped me carry everything out to my truck. Thank you!

I ordered the Strawberry Bavarian Cream king cake and OH MY HEAVENS was it good!!!!! I’ve only ever had traditonal king cakes, and I was actually online ordering a traditional one, when I saw the strawberry one. It did NOT disappoint! I feel it was the perfect ratio of pastry to filling. And then the glaze on top just really added to the sweetness. Very delicious!
I finally got to try Great Harvest Bread Co. Tyler, TX today. You definitely know what you’re doing Laura Jones.I’ve seen multiple people post about this place, but it was the posts about the king cake that really caught my eye. I’ve honestly never been a fan of traditional king cakes. Just something about a ton of different colored sugar on top of a cake that doesn’t sit right with me. That’s not the case with their cinnamon cream king cake at all. As y’all can see from the pics, it’s just a normal amount of sprinkles. It was very moist and my family and I really enjoyed it.I also ordered a piece of their cinnamon chip bread pudding. That actually turned out to be my favorite. The texture was heavenly to say the least and the flavor was perfect. Just the right amount of sweetness without being overkill.The gentleman working behind the counter was very friendly and even offered us some samples. I really like the design on the inside and just the overall setup. They have so many different products to choose from and i’m definitely looking forward to trying everything else they have to offer.I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out.
