Sometimes it's really good and sometimes not. Burgers are great usually.Ordered chicken tenders Memorial Day to be delivered to movie theater counter. Fries were burned and chicken tenders were small and rubbery. Not crispy at all. Gravy was tasteless. If I wasn't watching a movie I would have sent that crap back! On the flip side... had a huge crispy chicken tender with good gravy at Golden Chorale today! Consistency is key to a successful restaurant. Y'all lost my business after serving up this mess.

We went here while on vacation. It was ok food. I had to wait 35 minutes just to get 3 drinks while watching the waitress serve 10 others. Finally I saw a manager and asked about it. I saw my waitress running to get my drinks finally. At the same time, the other serve brought my food and dumped the sandwich in the table. I had to ask the manager to repkace it. At first, he was reluctant to do it. SMH... he finally did what was right. But this was a fun place to hang out.

My boyfriend and I went here and the food was nasty. We waited over 30 min for the pizza and it was not worth $15. We had the Mediterranean and it was disgusting. It was greasy and made our stomachs hurt and the pizza was very small for two people. We will definitely not be going back to eat there. The only positive we had was our nice waiter we had.

We are long time customers, but after this visit today, we're done. Too many issues to list in this one visit. Stuff left off the order, watered down dressing, order incorrectly prepared, waitress not following up on issues. Ask for small discount for issues, but it was not granted.

I have been here a few times. Once they have no customers and said they couldn't seat a party of 5. Today though was ridiculous. They "lost my ticket " and no one checked on us for over and hour . We had only ordered 2 apps. There were about 10 employees chit chatting with each other and when my food finally came I wasn't offered any discount on my food for the wait .

My very first visit here and waited an hour after ordering before anyone came by to let us know that only one thing we ordered was coming up. The ticket from the rest of our order fell on the floor and didn't get made. But it was the fact that NO ONE came by to check on us that got me. It wasn't busy inside and there were plenty of people working and standing around. Will not be back. They did give the kids some free play cards for the arcade to make up for it. But I still was not impressed with my first visit.

Was hired as a cook and they are horrible with communication. I was in an accident on Saturday making it IMPOSSIBLE for me to be there Sunday i called to let them know WELL BEFORE the 2 hours before and the man told me he would CALL ME on Wednesday i did not recieve a call i then called them on Wednesday Thursday and today finally got a response after HOURS saying i was supposed to come in yesterday with NO COMMUNICATION STATING THIS OR EVEN ASKING IF I WAS AVAILABLE

Bought several pizzas and was not happy with the taste to price ratio. Also you spend over $10 on a pizza you expect it to at least fill up one person. Never again and we were wanting to throw pizza party here, don’t waste your money.
A brightly lit space separated by glass from the arcade / bowling alley and theater concessions. Join all of the Dads watching their kids here..

We go to Grand Slam a lot but we always eat before we go now. This restaurant really does nothing for the place. Basically you walk in, seat yourself, and sit, and wait, and sit, and wait..... then just when you're ready to say screw this and leave, someone finally comes to the table. Then the food takes FOREVER! The foods ok but I wouldn't call it anything special, definitely nothing worth a hassle. I wish they had a quick option for food besides this place
