This was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.Went there a few days ago at 7pm. Pulled up to the drive thru, the women worker speaking through the speaker said we close at 8pm and that she took the last order for the night. I didn’t know what she meant by that but since it was 7pm and not 8pm I figured that we could still order our food. As I proceeded to tell her my order she stopped me and again repeated that she already took her last order for the night. I told her..it’s 7pm.. not 8.. she said “you can come in here and help clean, we’re closed.” She was very rude and unprofessional! I asked her what her name was and she replied “Jack”. I left in unbelief of the incredibly horrible customer service.Went back to the same on 3 days later thinking hopefully she was not working again. And sure enough she was. I started to tell her my order but needed a minute to look at the menu for what else I wanted. She replied with “you need to back up on your car and look at the menu until you are ready to order” I replied. I can’t there’s a car behind me. She then replied with “no ma’am.” I didn’t know what that meant.. so then when I was ready to complete my order I started to state what I wanted and she replied again with “no ma’am” I said what? She said I’m not taking your order. Again I was in such shock of the lack of customer service. I said well I’m not leaving until you take my order. She said that’s fine you can stay there. Then they send out a worker to take the order of the car behind me. She then states to me you need to move.. I said you need to take my order. She told me she would call the cops. I said good then I could get ahold of her manager. I ended up leaving because I wouldn’t want to receive from her anyways as she probably spits in peoples foods the way she treats people. I went to another Jack in the box a few miles away and spoke to that manager and she was surprised they were even open and was not shocked one bit of the awful experience I received. She then gave me the district managers contact information.I would not go to this Jack in the box! Horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I had a jumbo jack cheeseburger, curly fries and a drink. The tables weren't clean. The packets of ketchup were sticky with something when I picked them up.

When I pulled up, there was no one in the parking lot and only 5 cars on the drive-thru. When I got to the speaker I was informed that my order will not be taken because they only had 12 employees on staff. I've worked in fast food before so I can understand how being understaffed can affect timing of orders but 5 cars is no way an overwhelming amount and 12 employees is definitely a large enough staff to take care of such. Then when my order was finally taken, 20 minutes later, the employee was very rude. I'm never one to make a complaint like this but I truly believe that this situation was unreasonable.

The inside was very dirty, staff was unprofessional, there’s mold in multiple places on the ceiling, full trash bag sitting next to the can, trash on the floor, the register counter has trash, sauce packets and paperwork on it and is falling down, multiple sodas were out, another customer had no meat on the tacos he ordered. My food was correct but everything else about the visit was awful.

We used to love this location. The people were always friendly, the food was great, and they'd hook us up with ranch when we wanted it. Now, the people seem annoyed to be there, get our order wrong, and they aren't happy about correcting it. We have to pay 25¢ per ranch, which is ridiculous! Plus, they close at 7:00pm everyday. If we want Jack in the Box for dinner, were out of luck unless we eat earlier. Today, my spicy chicken sandwich had a really small chicken breast that only covered half the bun and was really thin and dried out. We're very disappointed with where Jack is going.

This is the second time I’ve come to this specific location & both times were horrible. I pulled into the drive through & there was a worker sitting down smoking. Instead of the worker having enough courtesy to notify me that they decided to close 30 minutes early she proceeded to go inside the building. I drove to the window & another worker rudely told me that they were closed even though they have 8:00pm posted right by the speaker. Very unpleased.

This location needs to just shut down. Internet says they're open until 10 pm nightly. Guess what? They close at 8 pm. Dining room STILL isn't open? Covid or you just don't give a damn? Every other restaurant dining room in Tyler, Texas is open...including the other two Jack In The Box locations. This one is a joke. Employees from the "manager on duty" (if that's what you call the young fellow I spoke with this afternoon on the phone) are the least caring people ever. They should just greet you with "I don't give a damn" before you order...that would let you know their attitude ahead of time. Sorry JIB location. Just shut it down.

Pulled in the drive thru 20 minutes before close, sign in drive thru said they close at 8:00. Girl yelling rudely out the back door that they are closed,pull up to the window to see what's going on,the girl in the drive thru just shrugs us off and walks away.Won't be coming back.They need better employees!

So everyone here through the drivein was extremely nice. My food was good except....I said mustard only so they had no catsup and no mayo. What did I get, mayo and catsup and no mustard! Easy mistake but I will check next time before I leave. Other than that, I think they have the best fries and love their ultimate cheeseburger! Will definitely go back.

Staff needs more help, food used to be good but not anymore. Most of it is slopped together and undercooked. (probably because they need more help)

Thank you all for doing such an amazing job I know it’s hard with no staff and I know that people sometimes say horrible things about it but I just want to let you know that I personally appreciate you for what you do! Hang in there and don’t let anybody get you down. You’re doing great people need to show some patients and appreciate the fact that you’re showing up to work. The food is terrific you guys always has a positive attitude and I think you’re amazing!!!
