Oh well. Love jimmy johns. Now if they would pay their rent they could actually open. Sign on door said they were locked out for not paying rent. ?

Ordered food that never showed up. Tried calling and the line was busy each time. I tried this for over 1.5 hours before asking for a refund.

My order was placed at 12:15 PM. It showed that it was received on the order tracker. No delivery was ever made. I tried five different times to call the local store; no answer, only a busy signal. I tried several times to find a way to cancel my online order, and there was none. It is now 4:15 PM. About to head to the store to cancel in person.

Service was fast, but at what cost? The food was not so great. Bread was hard, and meat tasted a little off. I also watched them give the wrong order to someone and the person took the food. When they returned it their order was remade. The woman whose order it was for came in and they gave her the food that the other person took out of the store without telling her someone else had touched it or God only knows what else. Overall very disappointed with this location.

Ordered ahead on the app. As we're showing up to pick up order, got a notification that our order was cancelled due to the store closing several hours early. We were trying Jimmy John's for the first time, as we usually go to Jersey Mike's for subs. I obviously can't comment on the quality of the food, as they weren't inclined to serve us, but we won't be back. Congratulations on missing out on new regular customers. I'm sure Jersey Mike's is better anyway, and they are happy to have our business. Even Subway would be preferable.

I don t order often from this place or JJ's for that matter, and today gave me another reason,I scheduled mynorder to be delivered at noon,it was 12:25 when I called the store and I was told that the driver had it in his car and he was on the way,15 minutes later still nothing...so I am going to call the store...it is 1:04 p.m. and still nothing,I don t know what goes on at his store, but it sure is no way to gain repeat customers,I may buy again from them in a year or so.I tip great too,so I expect top notch service, and this isn t it.

45 minutes, waiting on two sandwiches -Called to ask what was going on and couldn’t have been treated more rude by the manager who proceeded to laugh and repeatedly respond with “whatever”.. no apologies, or concern, just typical “deal with it” attitude - they have teenagers running these establishments, at this point, with zero need or want to make any experience pleasant for their customers.

I'm a nurse at the hospital and often am ordering delivery due to our busy shifts and schedules. I placed an order at 9:45 p.m. (delivery hours said 11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.) and apparently no one was even at the store to process the order. The system automatically cancelled it 20 minutes later and now I have no lunch for my shift. Won't be trying to order here again.

Gimme more!! I'll take 10 whole kosher dill pickles with that 16 inch sandwich! Seriously you can't go wrong if you eat at Jimmy John's! I was in the hospital and had DoorDash bring me Jimmy John's every night. They have a great menu of different style sandwiches which come on different types of breads. Their chips are very tasty and the whole kosher dill pickle is divine. I sound like a pregnant woman every time I order because I get 3 16 inch sandwiches and 6 pickles, don't worry it's for the entire family ... but the pickles are just for me. This particular location was very clean and all of the staff were kind and smiling. When I ordered the cashier told me there was a cheaper way to get my meal and she saved me almost $20.00! If you've never been then you're missing out, drop by and get your fill oh and don't forget that whole kosher dill!

Crew working in the restaurant did not seem excited to work sloppily dressed. The restaurant was messy and dirty. When I went to get a drink gnats we'req flying around the drink dispenser. Sandwich was good and fresh
