There was atleast 10 people waiting and I waited 30 Mins after i was told it would be 10 then in 10 mins I came back and they told me it was almost done however I talk to them 10 mins after that and they told me another 20 to 30 mins after the first 30 min wait would not recommend

Ordered online and pizza arrived almost 2 hours after I ordered (at 4:30 in the afternoon). When I called to ask, a very rude lady said "we're backed up" and hung up on me. I'll try to order from a different pizza place from now on. Thanks for nothing!!!

Placed an order online 2 hours ago, I understand that they got behind. I called in to try to tell them to cancel and refund my order, but the person who answered the phone was very rude. She stated "answering the phone isn't helping us catch up" then hung up on me. I will still be canceling my order and I will be contacting the manager first thing in the morning. I've been in the food industry, I understand getting in the weeds, I don't understand being extremely rude about it and not giving the customer a chance to talk. I had every intention of canceling and that being the end of it, but I won't reccomend any place that treats a customer like that.

I have never had a problem with this little Caesars but Monday night I order pepperoni and stick. I placed the order online. When I got there to pick up my order everything looked fine but when I went to eat it they didn't let it fully cook. The WORST customer service I've ever experienced!!!Took my order and I paid and waited starting at 5:14, after being promised it would only take 10 mins for my 3 items to be out...it took until 5:43 for me to walk out with my son and our pizza, (almost an hour) and when I wanted to switch out a soda that I HAD CLEARLY said wasn't open, the man looked at me crazy and I let him check the bottleHimself. He argued with me saying that it was opened after checking it wasn't. A very small issue that could have been handled better but was done Very unprofessional!! Not to mention I paid almost $25 just to get this kind of service. But guess what? I WILL not be coming back to this location!!!
