There was no one besides the workers on the day I went into the establishment. I remember Mazzio's being a lot busier than this when I was a teen...yup, that's how long it's been since I went into this place. I see the arcade games have been taken away...it just has no luster.The food was okay, it wasn't piping hot, even with me waiting for it to be prepared...more like they microwaved this (calzone ring, what I ordered). This place needs a lot of help to stay alive.

A couple of weeks ago we tried Mazzio's for the first time; it was delivered hot and was actually a very delicious pizza that we craved since then.Tonight we decided to order the same pizza, except pick it up instead of delivery. What a disappointment!We placed the order on Doordash, got a confirmation, and then a pickup time. We arrived a couple minutes later than the pickup time and then ended up waiting around for 20 more minutes.The restaurant is so gross inside that we were taken aback and immediately regretted eating food from their kitchen. Thankfully, our pizza was absolutely terrible this time so there's no way we'll ever be tempted to order from them again.The pizza seemed undercooked and soggy with way too much salty red sauce (gross!!!!). I'm not exaggerating when I say that it was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had - it makes the top three list for sure.

Had to call in my order bc I was driving I couldn't really hear the girl, we got thru tho. When I picked up I explained to her why I had kept saying I can't hear you and she was very understanding and kind. The food was delicious!

Jus go to Kens pizza . This place is a good definition of a extremely poor management and employees. No point in saying what’s wrong with this place it won’t matter to them . I will say ever since I did eat here I’ve been sick for 2 days now .

No point in going into detail about my problems and experience here cause it will not matter to them . I will say I have been sick for 2 days now ever since I went to this place . Gordon Ramsey couldn't help this place .

If you get there for the lunch buffet expect them to not make anymore pizza about 30 minute before the buffet time ends. I have left this place disappointed the last two times I visited. Veg pizza didn't have spinach and not crispy as ordered. Pizza doughy. Pizza not as requested. Ordered on the phone. I also gave a good tip added it to the bill. Waited in drive thru and no response so we had to come in. Not pleased.

Pizza was hot and fresh but when I poured the balsamic vinegar onto my salad it tasted weird, so I looked at the bottle only see that it expired in 2021?Vegetarian options: Salad

My husband grew up in the area and had fun memories of Mazzio's Pizza. Since we were in the area we decided to stop for lunch. They had their lunch buffet which was just okay but definitely not worth the $40 for three people. There weren't that many people eating but it seemed like the staff just didn't want to make enough food to keep the buffet going. When we got there most of the food area was empty and the employee said if there's anything we wanted to just let her know. I let her know that we were there for pizza and pasta and there wasn't much on the buffet so they needed to get together.As for the pizza, it was good once we were able to get some. It wasn't anything special and even my husband noted that it wasn't the same as he remembered. On a positive note they still have some amazing ranch dressing.As for the restaurant itself, it was very dated and the seating was old. Some of it had ripped seats. There were four five tables that were not even cleaned up while we walked into the restaurant. And those tables pretty much stayed dirty. As we looked around for a place to sit we could tell that the tables had not been wiped down and I did notice that when a staff member did come to clean off the table she just wiped the crumbs and dirt onto the floor. Totally lazy and gross!!!
