I have used this McDonald’s for years, 99% the drive thru. It is easily that fastest, best ran McDonald’s in Tyler. The food is always fresh. The employees are always wonderful.If the line is long don’t be discouraged you’ll be through it in no time.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. The customer service was trash. The Manager Gabby needs to be fired. She stood there with no expression on her face when I was asking her a question and did nothing to help. She walked back in the kitchen and ignore me. I worked in customer service for years and was treat all kinds of ways and I still did it with a smile on my face. If she does not like her freaking job she needs to leave. I will be reporting her to corporate first thing Monday morning!!!

Tried to order a family pack and the guy at the drive thru didn't know the menu at all. All he could say was I don't think we have that. We tried ordering two different ones. Ended up leaving with no food (we were frustrated) and losing time on our way back home on our out of state trip. So disappointing.
