I seriously do not understand this McDonald's. I think their goal is to upset little kids.One the first day of the squishmallow drop I went in and asked about them...I was treated to a Rude employee who let me know they were not selling them individually. Okay...well it's been three weeks I have been all over Tyler gathering them at all the McDonald's in town. My disabled son has made collecting them his hearts desire -lol-....we only need two more. So tonight we go into this McDonalds again, because they are on our way home...inquire about the squishmallows...the lady goes through gathers like 6 of them, let's my son get ALL EXCITED because they are the two we need...then informs me I cannot purchase them, I have to buy happy meals if I want them. Like she thought I was going to spend $10 to get two $1.99 toys just because my kid was with me.....I told her "you know you are literally the only McDonald's doing this" she said "sorry it's what my supervisor wants".....well supervisor YOU MADE MY KID CRY....YOU SUCK :) and now he thinks MCDONALDS SUCKS....I hope it was worth $4 :) I know wr are one customer, but he is disabled, and won't ever eat here again....so probably no one in our family will either.

I hate giving bad reviews but when it's needed it's needed I'm visiting this place to get my granddaughter a happy meal and I was literally cursed out at the window from a young employee named Darby she must have been having a bad day I don't know I don't care you still do not treat your customers like that she incompleted my order and excuse me she then got mad at me after I corrected her and then proceeded to curse me out really...I then got out of drive-thru to give a complaint to the manager and this Darby push through the doors leaving her job post without permission and ask are you the one who curse me and she proceeded cursing at me while getting in a car. I could not believe this is happening to me then asked for a manager so this young pregnant manager name Shala came to the counter i told her what just happened and she gave me a look ?(dumb founded) I ask for the employee name and their store number. She said she did not know the employee last name ?really and then said she didn't know the complaint number that I would have to go on line really .. how do you not know and you're the manager. MEANWHILE as I got interrupted by a older male customer demanded her attention for ordering ? really.. I did not give this McDonald's my business. But I did go to another site in Broadway and they got my business plus the manager gave me my information on how to file a complaint .. In my opinion there should be a thorough previous background check on hiring employees im sure she has acted out like this before. I'm not the first and surely not the last. I was visiting my grandkids from out of town and I'm 54 yes. Old NEVER have I ever experienced this type of service ? Definitely will not be going back to this location nor my family ?

I've never done a review about them but I live very close to this location and order every once in a while. They never give you ketchup even if you ask for it, same thing with the jelly. I ordered a coffee with cream, sugar and caramel and all I got was a black coffee. Not to mention that last time I ordered fries they gave me old super dried fries that they probably just reheated.

They never give you ketchup and seem to always be in a bad mood, I understand working in the fast food industry, but they need to retrain the workers and emphasize on Customer Service/Satisfaction. If you need a customer service trainer, please let me know! The bread on the big Mac was hard, and it was just not the best
