Had a conversation with the owner/ mamager of location today. Very shocked to say the least with her lack of caring if I came back or not by her words and attitude. It's a shame. truly a shame the lack of customer service and basic humanity when speaking to a customer who spends weekly 100-120$

Showed up at 7:30 AM, and they were still closed with the door locked. The sign on the door says 7, but no one showed up til after 8.We had a question about the refer a friend free bowl, and when we asked the staff they said “I don’t know anything about the app, the managers don’t tell us anything about the app”.They didn’t even attempt to help us, it’s super frustrating. I know the staff is young, but they should still be somewhat trained on how to use the app, instead of just saying they’re not trained. I would lose my job if I said that to a customer .I’m giving 3 stars solely because the bowl was good, but I’m frustrated with the store opening late, and the staff being unknowledgeable.Also, no one bothered to answer the phone even after they opened

Loved it! Every time I come to Tyler I always make a point to stop in & grab something. I ordered online this time. The process was really easy and painless. Ordered directly from Google. When I made it here the young lady working the register greeted me with a smile & excellent vibes. The store was super clean and quiet. I love it here. I wish we had one of these where I live. My Açaí bowl was perfect. My bowl looked just like the picture & that rarely happens. Thanks to the folks who own and operate this spot. It’s lovely!

Great place. Gave it a try a couple of times snd worth it. Little pricey for everyday bit catch the specials on Tuesday and Friday afternoons if you can. The bowls are the best of fresh goodness and keep you full for hours. The app is the beat way to order and just shoe up snd its ready to pick up. Fresh fresh fresh! In the extreme south side of town by the toll.
