Better Ingredients, better pizza, Papa John's. NOT. I ordered a large with the works. No bell peppers add jalapeno. They removed the bell peppers but there wasn't a single jalapeno slice to be found. It was messy. One slice didn't even have cheese. I picked it up. And they tried to bully me into a tip. For what? As I picked it up all I could tip on was how well they made the pizza and I don't believe in rewarding bad work or bad behavior. I had stopped buying from Papa John's, but when Shaq became part owner I gave them another shot. sorry Shaq, I'm out.

I used to go to a competitor, but my 1rst visit was stellar. Hope they keep doing a good job there.. Pizza (the works) was truly a good pizza..

I ordered a pizza and cinnamon rolls through delivery well the delivery guy was good but the product was NOT! My pizza was sloppy, it seemed like some of it wasn't done! The cinnamon rolls were NOT DONE! I called back up there (S.Beckham/Tyler,tx) and someone said they would take my name and number down well I waited a whole WEEK and no one called. I called back up there and a man answered named Paul, he was nice and sent it back to me with no problem, well, I get the pizza and its horrible! It was sloppy ,again, and it wasn't even sliced! Stuck together! And I couldn't even pick up the brownies without them breaking apart! So then this lady manager calls mY phone back asking rude asf, Who told u, u could get a free pizza? And I'm like excuse me? And she says well the only orders we got from this address are free! What does that have to do with me? I called from MY phone! I don't have anything to do with the address! Anyway, she was SUPER rude, seemed like she accused me of stealing pizzas... The audacity
