Placed order online and got to store to pick up order and waited an hour after order was to be ready and was told our order was bumped due to larger order coming in. Had to wait another 20 minutes for our order to be ready along with waiting for the hour we had waited already. I got our food home only to find out it was ice cold and had to reheat our food and it was crunchy and over cooked. We ordered the new Melts and one was tasted like it was lightly burned. I love this pizza hut and it's the only one I order from and I always get wonderful service and my food it always taste amazing. This time my visit was horrible.

Can't go wrong with a deep dish pepperoni.. however delivery drivers should put the food in customers hand and not on the ground at the door.. restrictions have been lifted knocks and hand me my order please..
