This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen, everything was fine upon arrival but as we start to get into the room, everything looks really old & worn down. Tissue holders were rusted, the mirror in the restroom was upside down, bathtub was filled with gunk, wires were sticking out of the vent, as that is a huge safety hazard, trash was piled up along the hallway. We even found signs of bedbugs within this facility. Save your time and money.

I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't have access to towels whatsoever after 3 pm. Found that odd first off. Second off I saw at lease 3 baby roaches while I was staying at this hotel in my room. Housekeeping came in twice without even knocking first that really irritated me because both times I was there getting dressed right in front of the door. The man working at the front at nights is really nice though I think his name starts with a J

I must have been given the best room in the facility. The age is showing. My room was clean. The ice machine worked properly. Morning breakfast was good. Good value for the cost. No major drawbacks.Would stay again.

Bed and room is nice but whatever you do don't eat their breakfast unless your just gonna get a waffle because you will need a toilet for the next day or two pretty sure it was the eggs but they just make a lot then let it sit so definitely wouldn't recommend eating it and their bar and grill is closed down so you don't waste your time

The front desk staff is amazing!! Needs some renovations but looks very homey. They have a small free complementary breakfast 7 days a week!!

Where do I start. Check in was simple. Bed was comfortable. After that it went down hill. The bathroom had wadded up used towels from a previous person, behind the door. Black mold all over the bathroom floor, around the toilet and tub. Unknown substance on the counter tops in the bathroom. A/C was hit or miss throughout the night. Parking lot had trash strewn about. Breakfast said “full breakfast”. You had to ask for a plate or bowl and were handed them. Water and Apple juice only. Cold biscuits you needed to warm in the microwave then the gravy looked disgusting. I took my biscuit added butter and that was my “full breakfast”. Coffee was back out in the lobby area. They also served cereal and waffles. Now to the ice machine…..we filled our cups with ice and added water. Took a sip and you could tell the ice was not clean. It tasted disgusting. With the appearance of the bathroom mold I will gander a guess the ice machine has not been serviced in a while. I would NOT recommend this motel to anyone. I guess I got what I paid for.Tyler is such a pretty city I am sorry this motel doesn’t add anything to Tyler.

The service from manager Or employee Lisa was horrible. It started In the morning when I asked were the breakfast area was. She said I needed the coupons that were giving in check in. I said I left them at the room. She she check my room number and said I could only have one coupon bc I only placed one person in the room reservation even if I had a double bed room.My friend went and got the breakfast. After that we sat in the launch and she said we can eat the breakfast there. We were not eating we were just sitting talking having our coffe. Then last at 11 am on the dot she was calling the room for check out. Since we don’t answer she went to nock on the room door and said check out was at 11 am and it was only 11:15 am. She was rude not polite at all. Other then that the room was fineSee picture attached of cupón that I had since the beginning

Had some Roaches. I killed one on the bathroom floor. The next day I find that the room cleaner left a note saying that tomorrow's tip will be 5 dollars. The tip I left was a note giving him or her a tip on cleaning as the dead Roach was there.
