I ordered the special chocolate fudge sundae which had the gladiator protein, yogurt, cocoa, and dates. Only thing I added was fiber. As soon as I drank it I started to have a reaction as I am highly allergic to tree nuts with ingesting them. I opened my drink and it had tiny pieces of some sort of nut. I even called to verify there weren't supposed to be any in there and they confirmed so. Thankfully I stopped drinking it after a few sips otherwise I would have had a severe reaction which would have been detrimental for not only me but also my pregnancy. I WILL NOT go back to this one.

Ordered a “protein shake” after a recent surgery where I couldn’t eat solid foods. I couldn’t find the nutritional information online. I called the store and they told me that there was 8 or 9 (I can’t remember for sure) grams of protein in my 32 oz “protein shake”. What a pathetic joke. My premier protein shakes have 30 grams of protein in 11 oz!!!!!!!! Should name it SUGAR CARB SHAKE. What a waste of money. My daughter ordered a mango and it literally had zero sweetener of any kind. It was literally the worst taste I have ever tasted in my entire life.

I love smoothie king and the ladies who work here are great! My rating and complaint is about the management, there is 0 accountability for the workers showing up on time. At least 8 times in the last 2 months that I’ve gotten there between 6:15-6:30 and they still aren’t open. Keep in mind that they open at 6, and should be ready to go by 5:45 at the latest. Please change you hours or make sure you can open on time!

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF!!!I walked in and all the staff seemed put out. I asked the girl taking my order to be patient as I was ordering for the first time for a friend and wasn’t sure what to get and she immediately got an attitude. Then when I tried to substitute a juice for another juice charged me extra. I ordered something new for myself and didn’t like it so I threw it away and she stared at me with disgust and said “Did you not like it” I replied no and she said “Well you didn’t hav to throw it away like that”
