I purchased the soft pretzels and my fav. Flavored drink. I found the place to look clean well kept and the friendliness and the willingness to help of the servers and the night manager (failed to get his name) was above & beyond. I will certainly come back to this sonic again ?

I need to know what these people eat/drink for breakfast. I always stop by early in the morning for my morning "lift me up" and they are highly energetic and way too friendly for me to handle that early in the day. 5 stars for that because kudos to them.

Very slow service today. The breakfast burrito that I got was not very full for the price. I used to get great service here and more food. That is not the case anymore.
Usually, it's a good location. I literally drive past a Sonic to go to this one. However, today, I ordered 7 drinks and French toast sticks. I was handed 6 drinks and was told to have a nice day. I said I had 7 drinks and food, so she handed me the food and went to shut the window. I repeated I had 7 drinks, so she went and found the one with the receipt taped to it. One of my Dr. Peppers was a Coke, but luckily, the person it belonged to drank it anyway. Hopefully, this was a one-time problem.

Worst experience, food, and drink. Order online and customize an order only to have the customization ignored. Then told by Carhop, "I can take it back to see if they will remake it." No customer service. Too bad there isn't a way to show the pictures of the slop I was served.
