Don’t go here if you are getting an ultrasound to confirm a miscarriage. You have to walk through hundreds of baby items just to have an ultrasound done… How cruel is that for someone miscarrying?The whole experience feels very sketchy. Why wouldn’t a professional business have their own front desk? Very strange to me.

We had a let down of not being able to find out our baby’s gender in our home town. We called and got a last minute appointment and drove the 2 hours. The store was precious and had a great selection of baby clothes and the lady at the desk was fabulous. The ultrasound room was clean and had ample room. The sonographer was so sweet and personable! We got an accurate reading of gender and we plan to come back for our 3D experience! Highly recommend

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR 1st TRIMESTER. This place has absolutely no idea what they’re doing when it comes to early pregnancy. As others have said they sent us home saying miscarriage, blighted ovum. The next day and a few days after drs confirmed that was not true. Went there twice and both times her measurements were quite a bit off. Spent $90 for less than 10min, the last time when miscarriage was told a young lady was sitting in on the couch on her phone and laughing the entire time. Completely unprofessional. The hospital AND the dr said they have had many people come from here with off the wall information, that whoever is doing the ultrasounds has no idea what they are doing. This place might be ok to get a pretty picture of ur baby far along, but with how simply unprofessional and lack of any knowledge I simply wouldn’t. They have sent MULTIPLE women home grieving and believing they are having a miscarriage when it wasn’t the case at all. No skill in finding the actual fetus or measurement. In no way shape or form should they even offer first trimester ultrasounds due to the multiple complaints of this exact thing. I can understand once even twice but this has continued to happened at this place. Also mind you the “schooling” it takes to do ultrasounds and the week class certification to do this is very different. They should be ashamed of themselves, what a absolute cringeworthy thing to have associated with ur business when it comes to expecting mothers. Do better.

Recommend to all my expecting Mommas! Used them for my gender blood testing and have had two sonograms through them so far. Julie is efficient, patient and I just love how comfortable her room is set up for families to come and see their newest addition! I'll definitely be back for more sonograms!

I had a great experience for my first trimester ultrasound. It was short and sweet. We saw baby, heard baby's heartbeat and she did a few measurements and we got such great pics! So happy with results and being able to see baby.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU so much to Julie for taking her time and really going through the whole US with us. Our US at our doctors office (anatomy scan) was very rushed, and they couldn't see 40-60% of what they needed to see. So instead of telling us that the US was a bad quality/bad pictures, they told us that our baby could have problems with their heart, umbilical cord and brain.Julie took her time and went through each of those areas, and really put this momma's heart at ease!THANK YOU! We appreciate you! :-) We look forward to seeing our baby again around 32-24 weeks!THANK YOU JULIE!

Edited to add after 3rd and final visitBring your own flash drive. Twice my DVD didn’t work but the third time I brought my own flash drive and was able to get the motion pictures. I got a little push back about bringing one BUT I paid for motions pictures (4D) and it’s only right that I get what I paid for. I was told “We email you the images” but they're only 2D and 3D. Also, the information on their website is out dated. The 3D&4D deluxe package says until 36 weeks but the technician told me they usually tell them not to come past 32 weeks so she had a difficult time getting me some good images at 34 weeks.To add unfortunately when I got home the dvd did not work and they’re closed so I’ll have to wait until the next business day to inquire about this.-Was told they would burn another disc.Really nice employees from start to finish. The ultrasound tech did an amazing job getting good pictures and explaining everything we were seeing. The room was very cozy and comfortable with a large tv to clearly see everything. I left with 15 pictures printed, sent to my email, and on a dvd. Definitely worth the money! I couldn’t ask for a better experience for a private ultrasound.

I highly recommend Sono Care to anyone that wants to get a sonogram. It is such a better experience than getting it done at the Dr.’s office.I had my gender test done here and got results super quick, I think before the 48hrs.I also got a 2D/3D sonogram and a heartbeat stuffed animal that my son is in love with. Julie is such a sweet person and gives such warm vibes. It was a great experience and I will be coming back here.
