A skilled baker with a passion for the product. Found her at a pop up at HTeaO, and man what a treat.Got a chocolate chip cookie that was perfectly baked. Crisp around the edges, and then just the right amount of chewy in the center.The real star of the show was the "bob'n", a muffin/ cookie kind of pastry that is an original recipe. The one I had was cinnamon and pecan, a combo that really knocks it out of the park. If a cookie isn't cutting it for your sweet tooth, you got to try this.Overall was a wonderful experience, and will keeping an eye out for when they are around.

I called Sheila and she was immediately friendly, responsive, and helpful. Though she didn't provide the whip topping I was looking for, her amazing service convinced me to try her custom printed sugar cookies as an alternative to the regular old birthday cake. Of course, I ended up ordering cupcakes as well after checking out her webpage.When discussing what patterns I'd like on the cookies, I told her that I wanted "Hufflepuff Yellow" as the frosting color. Not only did they turn out the perfect yellow color, Sheila went above and beyond and matched the font to the Harry Potter theme! I was absolutely blown away by how Beautiful these turned out. She also hit the nail on the head with the "Shades of Yellow" I asked for on the cupcakes!Now, for the important part! The taste: Outstanding! You know that weird, over-processed taste you get with some sugar cookies? You don't get any of that! The cookies are perfectly balanced, with rich flavors. They are thick and have that amazing, hearty homemade quality to them. The icing is also absolutely tasty!The cupcakes were strawberry, with a vanilla buttercream. I don't have words for how fluffy and moist these were. Sheila has figured out the perfect recipe for her icing as well. It's thick and sweet, and has the most delicious vanilla flavor!Finally, the price is absolutely right! It was around the 60$ for our order of a dozen custom printed cookies and the dozen cupcakes! That's amazing for a legit bakery.Sheila did an amazing job sending me the invoices, and setting up a meeting. She found a place for us to meet that was convenient for an out-of-towner to find.I would come back to Flint just for these cookies!! I can't say enough about how happy I am with my order.

Y'all have to check out Southern Nana's Baked Goods!!! I couldn't have met Miss Sheila at a more convenient time in my life she was there with me through my whole pregnancy. Ohh how I craved her famous sugar cookies!!! And after delivery I had a low milk supply issue and thought I had tried everything!! When I was about to give up she introduced me to her very own lactation cookies!! As a strictly breastfeeding mom I enjoyed the cookie with a tall glass of milk and noticed production improvement right away!!! I had at least 3 a day an my baby started gaining weight with in a week!!!
